The hotel needs to be renovated. There is a Health code violation when it comes to guest not being able to receive clean sheets but once a week. Not all guest are staying for one week.

Administration very unprofessional. Terrible experience.

The whole area of town is run down buildings. The building that the hotel itself is in is in poor poor shape.

I like the price but the are is unsafe and it a hole n the wall literally.

Room damage and falling apart bathtub Door, sink , toilet. This place not for people to stay over night. Bad odor smell mold. Comfort dirty and towel smell very bad. Door front damage very unsafe. I want report to consumer shut down motel. Price not worse.

Warning, you are going to the trenches… this is a motel if you did not know because I surely didn’t the mirror fell off the wall from the old wallpaper that’s on it. The air conditioner and heater cuts on and off by itself. It doesn’t stay on all night. There is absolutely no refund. They don’t show you how it really looks in their looks horrible like the door isn’t even on the hinges and frame its connected to the wall. Speaking of the wall, they’re really thin. Kids yell all night and day. It is extremely dirty. The bathtub is yellow. That’s how old it is with burn marks on it. It’s just horrible.😭😭😭😭 literally the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my life

There were bugs on our room, the room smelled like mold and cigarettes. The receptionist gave us another room which smelled better and had no bugs but the floors were extremely water damaged and water would squirt out from the floor boards when you’d step on them. There was also crumbs and hair on the sheets.

One of the most disgusting places I’ve ever seen. I left and found another hotel.

I wanted to help a homeless person shower and put clean cloths on but they wouldn't allow any in without ID

It was ok

For my needs - a place to sleep, no disturbances, a great price, a refrigerator and a microwave - this was THE place. "Mike" at the front desk was calm, welcoming and helpful. The property is not a luxury destination, but everything was entirely adequate for ALL of my needs, and if I need a place in the Philadelphia/Wilmington area again, I will be seeking out the Super Lodge in New Castle, DE again.
