Love it

The check in was a pretty easy process. The king room with a fireplace and ocean view was not what is pictured. The pic shows an updated room and that’s not what I got. The fireplace didn’t work and the WiFi was down for my stay. I opted to rent a dvd but my room didn’t have a dvd player and the front desk seemed annoyed that I would ask for one and then asked me if I was positive my room didn’t have one. The ocean view was the only great thing about this hotel. I come to Lincoln City often and will not be staying here again.

Great location. Hot tub and pool area great. Next time we will stay will full ocean view though

Only good thing was the view. Hotel door was broke fire place didnt work. Screen was broke. Bathroom door u almost had to kick to get open. No wifi it didnt work. Dvd player broke. No water pressure. In shower.

nice staff, great parking, hot tub was nice a little old but works well. was nice to have dinner at the same place was tired after traveling all day!

Loved how close it was to the beach

This is a typical, but cute hotel. The thing that matters is the room was directly on the beach. The room is cute and comfy. It’s on the basic side, but lovely. The staff was a bit rough and we didn’t have working lights in the bathroom. Otherwise it was good.

Clean room and great staff- bedrooms could be slightly updated but are fine for a quick visit

An old, cheap hotel. Nobody under 18 is allowed to use the hot tub. The rooms are old with superficial improvements but still not in great condition or perfectly clean. There were holes in bedskirts, urine spots on comforter, dirt on doors, etc. Had to stand in line for 15 minutes to check in. There weren't signs to tell where ice machines were.

How can you justify charging over $300/ night for an “ocean view room” when you can’t see the ocean through half of the glass? I asked the front desk to have the cleaners come clean our slider and she told me that the doors are old and the glass can’t be cleaned because the dirt and haze is actually between the panes of glass. When we went back to the room I noticed that the grime IS actually between the panes and the doors are rusted around the edges. They are fully aware of it, yet they still charge top end prices for a product they don’t deliver. And the front desk workers have the attitude of “you’ll get what you get”. Not much customer service there. The screen door also fell off the track every time we opened it, and their laundry room was out of service. Seems like they need some maintenance workers. The location is great, with direct beach access. They have a great game room with shuffleboard, ping pong and arcade games, and the pool was nice (although there is limited seating and some of the plastic loungers were broken. Again, maintenance!) The restaurant has amazing views, is nicely remodeled, and the food was good. However, we went for Sunday breakfast around 10am, the place was very quiet and the service was terrible. This hotel has so much potential, but the staffing, general maintenance and upkeep needs serious attention if they want to charge top prices. But honestly, they didn’t seem to care what the guests felt about it.

The hotel is ocean front so

This was the eorst trip ever. I reserved a room three weeks before my trip. When I checked in the lady asked me if I wanted a handicapped room I said no I reserved a regular king size room. She tried to put me in a handicapped room. She finally gave me a regular room after I got upset. We had no sugar in our room no creamer. We went back to the front desk to ask you would’ve thought we were asking for money. They do not give out pens or paper no Bibles. It is the most stale room I have ever been in nothing cozy or warm about it. They give you one towel one wash rag a piece you spend $240 on a room for one night give me a break quit being so greedy I will not be back.

Ocean view from property was great and beach access!

It was a beautiful stay. Nice view to the beach. Clean room. The Jacuzzi and pool were amazing.

Expected better 4paying well over $200.Bed NOT pillowtop,very thin comforters-could not tell it was on the bed,they did bring another thin one so that did the job.Electric fireplace stuck on,our last night there.Above w/1 child sounded like elephants all night,they were moving furniture all night,& talking all night.No sleep for us be4 our 6hr drive home.Kids on the side next to us were also loud but before nightfall.Sliding glass door missing the actual latch.Bar lock just slides into a loose plastic piece (held by a rusty screw) which was very jenky! only 1 balcony lawn chair.Desk chair fabric was so old it was torn on edges,looking ratty & old.Floor not been cleaned,found cereal out in the open.Not carpets prob due to the sand.Phone would not charge in most outlets.Head of the bed,there were cheap extension cords for the lamps & the wall anchor light plugged into.I unplugged the anchor sign to avoid a fire as they had too much plugged into that little cheap extension.Phone did not charge in the lamp outlets either.Head of bed wall filthy,NOT cleaned.Tv internet connection kept failing, booting us out.Live tv option disappeared.Did not use the hot tub because it’s in a separate building,far from our room and my sig other didn’t want to get sick,catch a chill from hot to cold outside.Ice machine not wkg, vending machine not wkg.Staff -something about the elevator for higher floors that’s why she offered 2nd floor.Offered bk voucher & coupon 4nxt stay within 6mos.

Loved that this was beachside! A quaint hotel that brought 70’s vibes, with modern upgrades.

Overall it is good property, friendly, helpful staff; just need little bit renovation (doors, screen on sliding door)

This property is right on the beach with a beautiful view the standard king suite it’s kind of small but overall I had a good stay
