Quiet, clean room comfy bed, few roaches but hey it's Florida but a good place to stay overall

It was a good deal for the price.

Checked in for a mini honeymoon. Gave us the wrong room. Then our toilet doesn’t even flush. Staff was not helpful. Never coming back

Extended stay means other people have been living there forever. My room smelled like weed and cigarette smoke even though I got a non- smoking room. Domestic violence in the room above me. Roaches. I just felt unsafe overall. Staff was nice. I checked out after the first day and they did refund my money.

Property does not look like it has been updated since 1970. A depressing property. Paint peeling, property smelled like weed, an overall disappointing stay.

Cockroaches were the main issue that I had with the room, but that really applies to other motel rooms that I stayed in there in Florida.

It appears they have long term renters as an extended stay but are cleaning up the place and for us, it was a great place just to come back and sleep. We ate all meals out and always came home by 1000pm. The property was quiet and budget friendly.

Roaches were everywhere in the kitchen area and bathroom and were seen throughout the room. The front desk didn't seem bothered by it, just said that they would get pest control out to spray. I definitely won't be back! Also no hot tub or pool or breakfast as listed when booked.

First night I was exhausted after a long drive and 2 softball games and only saw 2 bugs before I fell asleep fast. But I left in the middle of the night on my 2nd night of a planned 3 night stay, There were bugs were everywhere. I woke up with a headache and went to get something and bugs were all over the nightstand, my water bottle, crawling up the walls. I started looking for another room immediately and woke my husband to find bugs on his pillow when he was in the shower. My husband had recently had part of his foot amputated and it was still wrapped with stitches and I was so afraid of possible infection. There was only security on site at the time we left so we returned at 7 when the office opened, Steve was very nice and apologize, returned my money for half my stay plus an additional $25 which is more than I expected. Please be advised, there are also lots of true extended stay residents here sitting outside there room smoking (both cigarettes and pot) all night long, playing quarters in the parking lot and just an atmosphere that makes you nervous. Not the Valentine's Day/Birthday weekend I wanted in Clearwater.

The staff are excellent We were put in a room that had serious smokers in it there were no other rooms available. The staff gave us ozone machine, so we can pull the smokeout the location was excellent.The price was good for the room
