ザ バウリー ホテル

ラウンジのやレストラン、バーの世界観は120点満点。とても素晴らしい体験でした。一方、レストランの接客があまりにもドライなため、驚きました。また、部屋は世界観がありつつも、やや狭く、古さが少し悪い方向に出ていたように感じます。クマのぬいぐるみはチャーミングでした。

ここに宿泊するのは10回目以上だと思いますが、いつ来てもホスピタリティーに溢れる対応をいただき最高です。

East Villageは快適。MidtownとかTimes Squareにはもう宿泊したいと思いません。その中でも1番のお気に入りのホテル。ドアマン、スタッフ、バーも素晴らしい。

年に4回（x １週間）ほどはここに泊まります。いいです。

これでこのホテルに泊まるのは１０回目くらいです。いつ宿泊してもダウンタウン、East Village, Lower Eastの快適でチルな空気感を得られて最高です。ミッドタウンにあるような、快適だけど無味簡素なホテルとは全く趣が異なるホテルなので好き嫌いはあるかもしれませんがNYでの旅に慣れてくると間違いなくこのホテルの方が快適ですよ。 This trip was like the 10th time I stayed in The Bowery Hotel. Every time I stay, I feel the comfort and chill of downtown, East Village, Lower East. It's totally different from the tasteless hotels in Midtown, so you may like it or not, but once you get used to NYC, this hotel is definitely much more comfortable.

今回で2回目の宿泊です。前回は最後の最後にがっかりさせられる出来事がありましたが、もう一回チャレンジしてみる事にしました。 今回は全体を通して満足のいく滞在になりました！！ たまたまかもしれませんが、チェックインも1時間程早めにさせてくれて、決して広くはありませんが、コーナーの景色のよい部屋に通してくれました。（前回宿泊の部屋よりもコンディションも景色も断然よかった）フロントやレストランの方も親切で、特にフロントの方の対応がとてもよかった。私達が行きたい店舗が改装中との情報があったので、女性フロントさんに相談したところ、電話で店舗に問い合わせしてくれたり、深夜にホテルに戻ってきて、寒かったので、男性フロントさんにコーヒーをお願いしたが、快く応じてくれた。 時期的な物だと思いますが、ローシーズンに比べるとかなり割高ではありましたが、今回は満足度の方が上回りました。友人も部屋のインテリアが可愛いと大満足でした。あと、シャワーの水圧が強くて、気持ちいいです！ ミッドタウンからは少し離れていますが、徒歩圏内にスーパー、ドラッグストア、カフェなどあり、便利で、SOHO、チャイナタウン、イーストビレッジなどダウンタウンやブルックリンの観光やショッピングしたい方にはオススメです。機会があればまたリピしたいと思います。

I regret to say that I was disappointed with you that you charged me the stuffed animal I didn’t take! I was really surprised that it has been charged after checkout. You gave me refunded it after I complain. I was really enjoyed your room and services at the time of I was staying. However, this mistaken charge incident made me think twice. I’m sorry my English is bad.

Reis, at the front desk, was very accommodating, as were the rest of the hotel staff. Very comfortable stay, will return.

The room was very clean and nicely furnished. It did take over 24 hrs for the staff to deliver the coffee machine we requested to our room. (We get up long before coffee was available in the lobby.) The option to check out boardgames was wonderful. The water in the bathroom seemed to be set dangerously high —I love hot water but it seemed dangerous for children washing their hands. Loved the fluffy robes. The lobby was gorgeous but full of people drinking, leaving little room for other patrons to rest or meet friends. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Attended a wedding there with fabulous food and drinks in beautiful vintage indoor spaces as well as outdoor courtyard.

Fun area to stay in; lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance; charming hotel

Loved everything about our stay at the Bowery Hotel a couple weeks ago. We lived in NYC for almost 20 years but left with the pandemic and now come back monthly for a week at a time for work… We have been exploring different hotels/properties/neighborhoods throughout the city to find our “home away from home“ that makes us feel back at home, and loved the easy elegance of the Bowery Hotel, the comfort of the room and quietness of the hotel, despite a busy, bustling neighborhood. Also really appreciated the prompt attention and follow up of Rhys at the Front Desk, who - within an hour of checking out - was able to confirm I’d left something in the room, called me back to tell me he found it and already had it going out via FedEx to my home! 5-star service.

Stayed for two nights. Good hotel overall, great location with old world charm but a bit dark and dated.
