清掃が行き届いておらず、テレビの置いてあったシェルフは埃が溜まっていた。 ベッドサイドテーブルも然りで、置いたスマホがざらざらするレベル バスルームも石鹸が残っていたり髪の毛が落ちていたりといった様子 ただレストラン形式の朝食は大変美味しく、スタッフも親切だった

とてもFriendlyなホテルです。 朝食もおいしい。 唯一WIFIが弱点です。

部屋も綺麗で部屋の雰囲気がとても良かったです。また泊まりたいとおもいます。

The room had Batman and joker decor on the walls! The whole room was just well put together. The spa bathtub was perfect to relax in. The towels were the best towels I've ever used. The lobby has a great gift selection and the staff was really nice. They also offer a real breakfast menu. It's very clean and quiet. I really want to stay again just to see what the other rooms look like.

The check in was great but the room was dirty and had cockroaches. The AC didn’t cool the room and was making a loud noise.

When we got to our room, there was a device left on the desk that we didn’t know what it was. After finding a roach in our room, we began to suspect it was a fumigator (instructions said “leave on for 1 hour and stay out for 2 hours”). There was so much light coming in through the windows that we couldn’t even tell if it was still night time. The curtains didn’t do much. The breakfast was free and you could understand why. Twice they tried to give us the wrong order. There were not enough tables for those wanting breakfast and with only one person working, the tables were not being cleared. It was in a convenient location near a lot of restaurants, but there are also other hotels nearby. I would not stay there again.

We had a great stay here! Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and breakfast was convenient and delicious.

Heather and John were so kind and helpful. After a stressful 24 hour drive their kindness and friendliness made it better.

All fine. Exception noisy walker above us and on and off noises of a/c.

The stay was fine. Our room was outdated and was in need of some repair. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Passing through for the night. Excellent hotel for the price. Fabulous gift shop. Wondering decorated in SW style. Bonus was the delicious breakfast that was included!!

Wish i could've stayed longer. Jesse at registration was wonderful. Very pleasant amd helpful. Upgraded our room and was close to office since traveling alone (78yr old) with 7 yr old. Room was excellent, bed very comfortable and walk in shower. Breakfast is made to order with plenty of choices. Reminded me of what motels used to be before the big chains started. Would give it 15 stars!

Loved my stay here! The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was cute and fit the area great. It was close to white sands national park, and was perfect for my trip to that area. I’d love to stay again if passing through.

The friendliest and most helpful staff in Alamogordo. Fun unexpected activities (fire pit, pool open late) and breakfast included. Great location too!

The hotel was really nice...like taking a step back in time. The offering of a full really cooked to order breakfast was a great surprise. The sfaff was truly nice and willing to help.

I would gladly return to Classic Desert Aire if I should have reason to revisit Alamogordo. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and offers a nice selection. 'Lobby'space/ gift shop and reception desk offers an exceptional variety of art and souvenirs, AND even has sledding disks to borrow and use at nearby White Sands National Monument. The only suggestion is to ensure that the room is dusted before guests arrive. (It was extremely windy and airborne dust filled the skies for a few days, most likely the reason the room definitely could have used a good dusting... just saying...)

Everything was clean and well maintained. Cute place to stay and decently priced.
