Good location

Great hotel with incredible turn of the century charm. Located within a historic train station the hotel embraces its past and makes staying an experience.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and we can’t wait to go back. The staff is WONDERFUL, the rooms are clean and the location is perfect. We truly love knowing we are going to be visiting Denver and staying at The Crawford. The Crawford is in one word SPECIAL….

From the start, we were treated to a top-notch experience. Cadey checked us in to the hotel in a friendly, professional, and thoughtful manner. Since the hotel is located within Union Station, there are a lot of folks coming and going. While this may have seemed intimidating at first, Cadey clearly explained all of the included perks of staying at the hotel (and there are many), answered all of our questions, and made us feel at home. In fact, all of the reception staff were equally helpful (thank you Gracie, Grace, Auberry, and Alan!) at any time of the day or evening. As mentioned, the hotel is located in Union Station. With all of the businesses and restaurants, trains arriving and departing from the station, etc., we never heard one sound while inside of our very welll appointed room. Having enjoyed our one-night stay so much, we have already booked for Mother's Day weekend at the hotel.

Excellent hotel in the heart of downtown Denver. We stayed in a loft suite. Very cool vibe...though not the hotel for you in you are looking for a room with a view. Windows in rooms are small, but it doesn't detract from the neat feeling of staying in a restored train station. We made use of the free daily coffee from Pig and Train (you also get a discount on their other products--try the cherry brioche--it is soooo good!), and the Lyft service within 2 miles of the hotel. They will arrange for a Lyft to get you to your destination and back to the hotel again. Very convenient and worked flawlessly. Hotel is easy walking distance to Coors Field, Ball Arena, and the Dairy Block. We felt very safe in downtown Denver. We heard a lot of chatter about the downfall of downtown Denver due to safety issues, but we never noticed anything out of place. There was the odd unhoused person walking around, but they were harmless and of no safety concern to us. We had a car with us as well, as we made a few day trips out to the mountains. We did not use the hotel valet parking as it was $64/day. We parked at a parking garage across the street. It did not have in and out privileges, but given that we only took our vehicle out for day trips, it was fine. The garage cost $60/day for weekday use, but was then only $15/day over the weekend, so still a savings for us. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Denver.

Charming 1930's retro hotel in a train station (and yet quiet) is thoroughly captivating. Have never said anywhere like it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Crawford. The room was lovely, charming and quiet, however, for tall folks, the lofts on the 4th floor may be a challenge with the slopped ceiling. There are plenty of rooms on other floors to choose from. Staff members were knowledgeable and wonderful, from the reception desk to housekeeping. Location was excellent. The Crawford is in the working Union Train Station, which made it very convent to take the train from the Denver (DEN) airport to the hotel and back to airport upon trip completion. The streets are very clean and walkable and safe, it is centrally located with many attractions including Coors Field, home of the Colorado Rocky’s baseball team. I would highly recommend The Crawford Hotel and am looking forward to our next stay.

We were given a room where my son could watch the trains come in. It was beautiful and the bed was so cozy. Our new favorite place to stay!

Very nice property and staff support. Room did not function as a typical hotel room. Lacked seating, desk, etc.

Great location. Super cool that the hotel is literally inside the train station. Room was eclectic and had a 1920s vibe. Wish the housekeeping had remembered to put the coffee and coffee cups in the room and that the awesome tub filled with water..

After staying at The Crawford, I don't need to stay anywhere else in Denver. Location at Union Station is excellent, and the experience of staying there was fantastic. From the wine & whiskey offering at check-in and comfortable lounge area to the stylish & comfortable room, this might just be the perfect hotel. Every staff member with which we interacted was friendly & welcoming.

Had a wonderful stay. Crawford hotel is uniquely gorgeous and clean. Staff were extremely kind. Location was perfect to get to ball arena. Hotel provided free water and free Lyfts within a certain distance. Highly recommend!
