Pretty close to the Bus stop and Glossary outlet store, and also warking distance with Convention centor.
It's in East villege and you can see homelesses everywhere, sometimes stupid smell.
Hotel staffs are very kind and with excellect hospitability. if they are not at the front desk you can ask any questions/requests via app.
The room 104 which I stayed was a bit smaller and dark. Also, very humid. If you expects the stay with bright shiny sunshine, you'd better to choose the other room.

Very walkable to a lot of downtown and multiple bus/trolley stops. Sometimes gets a little loud; room does not get dark. Suggestion: please put up curtains on top of the blinds, the blinds do not block out the light from outside.

Terrible experience checking in. No information emailed prior to arrival. I did the pre verification on line several months ago before change of ownership. We couldn’t get in to the property, online kept saying reservation could not be found. No staff available to ask, tel no provided said not taking calls. After 3 hours on phone to Expedia we finally got into the room

Nice little boutique hotel. 10 minute walk to Gaslamp District. The room was very clean & the bed was comfortable. There is no one at the front desk, so all communication is via text but it was run very well; any questions or concerns were answered almost immediately.
