Staff were very friendly. Room was clean with a pretty view over the city and mountain range. Casino was fun and absolutely enjoyed the set by Chris Costa. Very talented musician and singer. He did an awesome job interacting with crowd.

Location is great. This was my 2nd stay. Room was old and bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. They closed the diner that was there and it is taking a long time for the restaurant to open.It was disappointing to not be able.to have breakfast before we left. I know they are remodeling the property and I will stay there again.

Staff was helpful. Had to change rooms. Its an old building. Our 1st room had no hot water after the 2nd evening there. Had to pack up and head to the 2nd room. Both rooms were very clean and roomy. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located in an area that makes it easy to get around in all directions. Overall, its a great place to stay.

The hotel is a rundown dump. Half the rooms aren't renovated, but noention of that anywhere till you show up. I tried cancelling my reservation and was told they can't, so it's just a $100 lesson to stick with the big name hotels.
Avoid this place at all costs. Maybe after their renovation it would be worth spending 50-60 a night, but definitely not more than that, and certainly not until the renovation is done.

They were remodeling, NOT informed. No food on premises and large stains on carpet. Never made up our room, had to go out at 6am for coffee and shampoo. Man at counter, NOT helpful. Last time we stayed was fine, staff was very nice. But definitely NOT the case this time

Was not a good stay for several reasons: No staff to check us in at front desk. Coffee pot could not be used because a part was missing. A/C was loud and clanky. No hot water in am before checkout. We have stayed before with no issue.

Room was dirty...carpets worn out...mold in bath....air conditioner noisy....I had booked 3 nights on the second niight I left and went to another hotel...casino was clean but once you leave there what a mess...I will never return there....had friends with 3 other rooms as well all really bad.....very dissappointed and disguted with the germs and dirt in the room everywhere...
