We’ve stayed at The Inn at Gig Harbor several times this summer as we visited a sick family member. It is so convenient and pleasant, I can’t imagine being satisfied staying anywhere else when we come to the area. The rooms are large and comfortable and they are well decorated. The staff is very personable and the Fred breakfast is great! We also love the Airport shuttle that runs every hour and drops you just where you want to be. We used to stay in Tacoma but weren’t nearly as happy. This is now our go-to spot!

The property was nice and clean. At check in there was a sign to call for the staff to be called up front. I could hear a staff member on speaker phone speaking obscenities to someone else. When I called they asked what do you want. I said I’m checking in. She then proceeded to grab a check in paper (I’m guessing I was the last one to show up at 9:30pm) and slammed it rather aggressively onto the desk and said fill this out. I really dislike writing negative reviews as someone who also works in customer service, but you really can’t be that blatant despite what you may have going on.

Bed frame was broken and mattress was slanted which caused me to slide out of bed twice, one time hitting my face on the nightstand cutting my cheek.
I let the staff know via text. They responded 20 hours later saying “we will have maintenance look at it. Thanks for letting us know.”
Extremely disappointed with the complete disregard with my experience.

I've stayed here several times; as I have a family member who lives nearby. They are always friendly, helpful and professional at the front desk. The hotel is always clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel is very close to food shopping/restaurants.
