滞在中は快適でしたが、チエックインの案内をもっとわかりやすく！ 「フロントがないので事前位連絡を」だけでは不十分、アパートからのメールを待ちましたが見逃して、海外からのしかも他のところからの旅行中だとネットワークもままなりません。、とにかく不安でした。 キッチンのシンクの流れが悪く、食洗機を使うと下水が逆流してきます、洗面の流れも悪いです。 直しをお願いして途中にどなたか来られるのが嫌で、なんとかコツをつかんで連絡せず切り抜けました。

The bed is comfortable and the couch is just okay. The kitchen area was clean and offered soaps and such. I have stayed here twice now and my other room was much nicer. The only thing I loved was that I was on the first floor this time and didn’t have to drag my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The room however is under renovation apparently. I wasn’t compensated nor even acknowledged when asked about it. There are no floors. There is rust and debris. The baseboards aren’t even attached. For the amount I paid I was appalled. There is also no fan and very little ventilation in bedroom and no lighting. I pay a cleaning fee but I’m not sure where that’s going because there really was much to be desired. Also I see now it’s owned by someone else and the prices have doubled! I’m in shock. I like the location and the parking but now asking $500+ a night will be a no go for me.

Love the mid century modern vibe! It was clean! Parking was easy and free!

The room itself was ok, but my code to the door did not work when I got there, and I was on the phone with support for over 1h15 before they could fix the code so I could get in.

Clean studio, great location. Parking spot was helpful.

Tolles Appartment (wir hatten Nr 25), viel Platz, großer Kühlschrank, voll ausgestattete Küche, Esstisch und zusätzliche Sitzecke. Schlafzimmer war auch ganz chic, im Bad sollte der Schrank unter dem Waschbecken erneuert werden. Negativ war, dass Waschmaschine und Trockner außer Betrieb waren (war aber auch nicht angegeben in der Beschreibung ), der Safe im Schlafzimmer war auch außer Betrieb. Ansonsten war das Appartment sehr günstig gelegen, man konnte vieles zu Fuß erledigen und ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war vorhanden. Top Preis-Leistung. Würde ich immer wieder buchen.

Nice place

Everything was good! It was walking distance to the board walk, very clean, comfortable bed & everything we needed was in the hotel from refrigerator microwave stove etc... The only thing it was a non smoking hotel with no smoking area & my finance was a smoker. He had to walk off the premises every time he took a smoke.

Great location in downtown area with free parking. Walking distance to many attractions. Was an apartment setup. Very clean, quite, wonderful bedding. Full kitchen, washing machine, dryer. Everything you could possibly need.

This place is amazing! Well decorated, clean, has everything you need. Within great walking distance to Broadway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay to experience Nashville.

Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville! Broadway is a short walk. Room was clean and decorated nicely. We also found the bed very comfortable.

Attended a conference that was heldnat the Omni Nashville hotel. So this location was perfect, less than 5 minute walking distance. Much better pricing than staying at the Omni. Grabbed not a lot of amenities (e.g., pool) but i want here for pleasure. I just needed a place to sleep and store my stuff. I do like that there's a kitchenette if you want to save money or prefer cooking while thwre is a sawfe in the room and a combo washer dryer for laundry bot were out of order and unusable. This is the only ding i can give. Otherwise, great location, (though its not on the main strip where the bigger hotels are as it is a block behind so it looks sketchy at forst but it's not), clean room, easy check in and out, cold AC (absolute must have), great shower water pressure and the king bed was super comfy. I would book again the next time I'm in Tenessee.

The property was a little off Broadway Street but still just a short walk away. But on the downside of the stay:: The couch looked and felt like it was a cheap idea couch that was found 2nd hand. The cushions sunk into the frame and it was uncomfortable. The TV was basically useless since I didn't have an Apple TV account. There were no local channels that I could find. The light above the shower burned out so I told the maid about it who was cleaning the next room. She said she'd fix it but it never got fixed.

We like the place. It’s clean. A little problem: on the terrace, first day, there were 2 itinerants try to have our drinks. Not funny. Just a recommandation: do a fence can resolve the problem. Maybe also, it’s not very often that happens.

Decent spot to stay, the AC went out and they got it fixed for me quickly. Not the most updated or renovated but safe and fine to stay in.

Clean beautiful great location

The check-in and check-out process was extremely easy. The apartment was clean and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do/experience. Included parking was a plus, as we had a rental car. We would definitely stay again!
