オフシーズンだからか価格は安かった。 部屋のシャワーが突然壊れて真水に変わった。 新しい部屋のキーを快く渡してくれた。荷物を運ぶ為のカートを部屋まで持ってきてくれた。◎ 15階の部屋。wifiほぼ接続できず。iphone✖️、androidはok、問題無しだった。 オーシャンフロント、全室ベランダ有り。眺め最高◎ シャワー水圧弱い、調子ブュッフェは大混雑は、アメリカでは一般的かと。 オフシーズンならベストなホテル！

I loved everything about this resort, except for the parking garage and the low dip coming out or going in. That dip can damage a vehicle.

Pool and hot tub were perfect. 1 bedroom unit was spacious and comfortable. Front desk personnel were polite and knowledgeable.

I stay here about 3- 4 times a year. I'm usually pleased with my stay from kind courteous staff, to amenties that suit my needs. My last stay however was on a lower floor and I did not like clearly hearing conversations from pool and cabana patrons nor the smell of smoke entering the room from cigarettes. I was also a little weary of having the blinds or balcony doors open (the sole purpose of the room type purchased (ocean front)) because there is a clear view and semi easy access to the inside of the room. I asked for a room change upon check-in, but there were non available. My next stay, because there will be a next stay, I'll request a room on a higher floor.

The property was a little outdated, the carpet in the room was dingy.

Breakfast can be more varieties. Facility can be more updated.

It was a trip for our 16 month old grandson and it was the best vacation I've ever experienced coming to Myrtle Beach. The staff was kind and courteous always willing to assist without a moments hesitation. I love that all places we choose to go shop and eat were within 5-30 min drive. Definitely will be patronizing this resort in the near future!

I love everything

It was right on the beach, had decent food. Close to shops. All the staff were nice. There is a time share selling company in the lobby. They had pillow top matteres with feather pillows. The room was clean, however it needed a good dusting and the carpts needed cleaned. The things I didn't care for was that the room had a mildew smell (I believe was in the carpet) and the sheets didn't fit the bed. The bed was a pillow top mattress and the sheets were not deep pockets to fit.

Very good and nice staff

The hotel is generally good. Nice pool and lounge area facing the ocean. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory. The room was generally ok. The room safe was broken, no hairdryer or iron ( got one from staff) and the adjoining room door was unlocked when checking in but should have been locked. Otherwise nice spot.

Long ck in heave and hard to open room door

The Strand needs some general updating. Our room had faded wallpaper, cracked tiles, a popcorn ceiling that was raining on the floor each evening and an AC unit that did not work. On the positive side we had a great view of the ocean and the lounging area by the beach was awesome. The breakfast every morning was great, also.

Check in was 4pm Got there at noon and room was ready and i was able to check in right away Appreciated that

Broken refrigerator Very poor breakfast option - not even wheat bread, hot water not available most of the time, no hot milk for oatmeal, breakfast food ran out. Just two very slow elevators for a 21 floor building ! Service elevator not working meant the cleaners had to take their carts up and down between floors further slowing down the use of elevators

Our room needed updating, the bathroom looked worn out, and the AC unit was very loud! It was tough to sleep through the noise. Additional seating is required near the pool area, and maybe beach chairs. However, the breakfast was adequate, and the bar and bartender were great! We will look at other hotels when we return to Myrtle Beach.
