Great price and beautiful location.

Cleaning and location!

Nice location, attractive grounds, nicely decorated room, check-in worked well. Bed was very soft. Repeated cooking smells in room 44 above kitchen,

Cozy and modern at the same time. Loved the room, ammenaties, location, cleanliness. Only points off are personal preference with the bed, a little plush for my taste but my wife loved it.

This was a perfect spot. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and being able to cook. Its about a 10 min walk to downtown Lake Placid and close to restaurants

We loved our stay here to our visit in Lake Placid. Wonderful accommodating staff and nice rooms. Great location! Would love to stay here again.

It has some sort of hostel feeling (common kitchen, pit fire area, barbecues, board games) with lovely private rooms. Bedding could be improved but we still would highly recommend it.

The location is great. Loved the “office” area which had a full kitchen for your use. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if travelling through New York State.

Perfect spot where you can stay comfortably at a reasonable price.

I liked that this property is not right in the middle of the main street, but close enough. Loved the pool and the quiet. The staff is very friendly. Thanking Rodney for his help with housekeeping. The mattress in our deluxe king was sunken in the middle and the pillows were too big and fat for me. A little updating would do wonders, but overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

Great place with beautiful accommodations, including a heated tile floor throughout bathroom area! Pool was heated and clean, also had many poolside games available for use. Would def stay here again next time we’re in the area!

The property is pretty good and near to some beautiful peaks and lakes.

À notre arrivée , il aura fallu 40 minutes d’attente dans une certaine panique, pour avoir le bon code pour entrer dans la chambre . On nous a texté le mauvais code et puisqu’il n’y a personne sur place , le seul point de contact est un répondeur avec une boîte vocale pleine ou un cell pour envoyer un texto . Ce que nous avons fait . Mais il aura fallu 40 minutes pour se faire répondre . J’ai trouvé ce temps d’attente très angoissant. Ce n’est pas agréable de se retrouver avec cet enjeu sans savoir si on aura accès à la chambre ou s’il faut commencer à chercher un autre endroit! Mis à part ce moment pénible , l’endroit est parfait !
