Hotel is nice but the front desk. I felt as nobody waiting in line while people cut the line they ask others to help. Completely ignored as I did not cut the line, interrupt or not a gold member.

I was in Arlington for a Disabled Veterans Conference. When I got the key to my room, it was occupied by someone. I opened the door, and there was a naked gentleman in the bed. I apologized perversely and went back to the lobby. The front desk concierge apologized multiple times and offered me points. I have stayed at your hotel many times and enjoyed every stay. This was really dissapointing.

The staff were friendly and the location worked for us, however I would not stay at this hotel again. It's in need of updating and the indoor pool was very cold. I've never stayed at another hotel with such a cold indoor pool - even my kids complained. There were also very limited pool hours. Instead of paying the high parking fee we found a spot for less than half the price nearby.

Hotel was nice and clean. Service was quick and friendly. Beds were small. Good was delicious! Beware, in the small print, it says they charge a destination fee every day of your stay. This was unexpected as i did not see it in the reservation process.

Staff were Great to my kids. No one bothered the place smells great I need to know what you spray in the elevators smells really good. Pool was cool overall a great stay.. all you could ask for.. and great area

The room was pretty good overall. I needed to use the ironing board and iron. The board cover was very loose at the wide end and it kept slipping off which was dangerous and made the process harder. Also the electrical surface on the wall at the foot of the bed was loose.
Also the charge port by the bed did not see to work. I tried all the sockets for electrical and USB.
I was also bummed that the Starbucks closed at 6 PM, as I literally arrived at 6:05.
