Perfect location if you’re going to the FedEx Forum or Beale Street, and I mean PERFECT! Clean, secure with its own bar & restaurant. Room was very clean, bed sooooooo comfortable, large bathroom w/premium products. Will be our “go to” hotel in Memphis going forward. Great experience!!!

The property was 3 stars at best. Reminds me of a Best Western. Carpet was damp, pillows were horrible, they nickel and dime you with every tax imaginable - even tax on top of valet parking. The cost of my room went up $65 just in taxes. It was convenient to the FedEx form, but around it was slums and homeless.

I loved the location. 5 mins from Beale St across the street from the Fed Ex Forum. The only issues I had was that there wasn't a pool on site and housekeeping.
