Nice and friendly! the front desk people. A convenience store am/pm is just over a street, a burger shop Jack in the box is just next to this motel but,,, too many homeless people and they asked me if I can feed them every time when I walked down on the street.. The room was okay, only a few things.. it takes a while more than 5 minutes to get hot shower, takes a while to get drain of the bathtub, a broken chain lock door, somebodies are yelling on the street midnight and I saw police officers in this area every night..

チェックアウトする時に、フロントの女性に不愉快な対応されました。

5連泊したのですが、3泊目に向うの手違いで勝手にチェックアウトされてしまいました。帰ったら部屋に入れなかったので、フロントに行って事情を説明すると、30分ぐらい他のお客さんのチェックイン作業を優先して待たされたのち、狭い部屋にされてしまいました。また荷物も勝手に移動されていましたが、マネージャーから電話がかかってきて、フロントまで取りに来いとの指示でした。普通はスタッフが持ってくるのが普通だと思います。シアトルのホテル代が全体的に高いので仕方ないのですが、結構とる割にはサービスは最低でした。朝食無料とありますが、シリアル・オートミール・砂糖がかかったロールパン・バナナ・オレンジジュース・コーヒーしかありませんので、連泊する人は飽きると思います。また大通りに面しているので、夜の騒音はかなり大きいです。

Little lady in the office was very accommodating.

We arrived to the hotel and checked in with ease. The hotel staff was very warm and friendly. The room was great and quiet, I would stay here again.

A basic motel

Nunca tuvimos internet, dijeron que lo arreglarian, nunca lo arreglaron. Esta muy bien conectado para llegar al centro de Seattle y cualqiier lugar

Bus line's are great. Alot of homeless in the area. Felt safe on property. Good Manager.

We had booked a 3-night stay, but unfortunately, we only stayed for 1 night due to the subpar service. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by a strong smoke smell. Additionally, the WiFi wasn't working, and my phone had no signal, making it impossible to use. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, the staff member seemed unhelpful, stating that she couldn't do anything to resolve the issue. She suggested that we could check out if we wanted to, but warned that we would still be charged for one night's stay. Room was full with desk and …………

Food was left in the fridge from the previous occupant.

The bed in the first room had mites. I had to move to the other room later night.

Easy access to what we needed. Definitely could use some renovation and a new ice maker which didn't work.

That had a very poor wifi it was frustrating as it kicked in and out. I won't stay in a Travellodge again

Not bad of a place to stay

This hotel has not been updated in decades. The non-smoking room was full of cigarette burns and reeked like an ashtray. I thouroughly regretted looking under the bed. Found years of dust bunnies, random trash, and some tweezers. There was an old Ibuprofen by the dresser. There was a long black hair quite obviously on the wall of the shower, and a visibly dirty bar of soap from the last traveller. The broken jacuzzi tub had a ton of poorly applied caulking on it, as did every corner of the room. The blinds near the sink were broken and not very useful for blocking light. We shared this filthy space with plenty of ants who were familiar with every nook and cranny of the space, and eventually any bags we didn't store in our car. My wife and I travel often and this is one of the worst rooms we've ever stayed in. It would be unacceptable at half the price. To make matters worse any of the services offered like ice or laundry are locked down unless the miserably rude woman is in the office. The office was usually locked with a sign in the door saying to come back later. After committing to this hovel, I checked Google reviews. I suggest you do as well. Apparently the rude lady likes to kick people that complain out. We didn't say anything during the stay because of that fact. I was juggling 8 different lodging locations on our recent trip and missed checking opinions on this one. The harsh lesson of staying in this pit won't let that oversight happen again. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Clean quiet

Drove over ten hours to arrive to them telling me that they cancelled my reservation, and had no rooms available. Apparently they tried to charge my card I reserved the room with, before I even arrived… which im not sure why they would do that in the first place. I’ve never had a hotel charge my card before check in. Every hotel in Seattle (and the surrounding areas) were completely booked. So I had to sleep in my car with 2 kids and a dog. To top it all off there’s a bus stop right out in front of the hotel with tweakers hanging out. There were also 4 tents set up across the street with people camping. So it wasn’t even a safe area to sit in my car to try to figure things out. It’s no wonder this is a 2 star hotel.
