最高の立地。部屋は広く収納も十分。キッチンと冷蔵庫・電子レンジが使えて便利。マイナス点は、シャワーの水圧が低いのと夜通し表通りの騒音がうるさかった。

部屋によって形と向きが違うようですが、冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあり、NYをリーズナブルに過ごすのにとても便利でした。地下鉄駅も観光地も大手スーパーも近所にあります。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切です。ホテル前道路の夜間ゴミ回収事の音が、少々気になるかもしれません。

Pas de ménage dans la chambre, les lits non fait Limite sale. Obligé d’acheter des tongues pour marcher dans la chambre. Télé qui se met en marche seule la nuit. Pas assez d’aération dans la salle de bain. Serviettes toujours humides. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel

We reserved a room with a balcony. Our train was late arriving and when we got there they said “Sorry balcony rooms are first come first serve.” It didn’t say that when we made a reservation. To their credit they moved us to a balcony room the next day but it was a pain having to switch rooms. I will say all the staff was very friendly and helpful but it was not the hotel we were hoping it would be. There were exposed outlets in our room, the cement floor was very uncomfortable and will not be stained I G there again.

Honestly a great stay for the price. We had a room with AC and our own bathroom, perfect for if you’re just gonna use the hotel for sleeping. Affordable, right next to subway entrances, and in a pretty decent part of the city.

Room floor was on a huge slant. Our family member’s room was also, so not just ours. Not quiet from outdoor noice, like room had no window. Room was clean and reasonably priced.

Overall this hotel wasn’t bad for what I traveled to NY for. Great location. Convenient. Parking lot 2mins away from the hotel if you’re driving and need somewhere to park. Clean, quiet, had a balcony which was a plus to be able to sit outside in our hotel room

Well the desk staff are absolutely awesome, the *service* deserves 5/5 stars. The layout of the room was ok except a bunch of bulbs were burned out, some of the outlets didn't work, the floors were dirty (walking barefoot felt really gross , and my feet showed that afterwards) and there was this super sticky stuff all over the desk. It was just like the room hadn't really/actually been cleaned in a while. Rm 32 in case anyone's curious but it might have dealt with by now. TV was very good, balcony was quite nice. Overall it would have been 5/5 if it had been clean and the light/electrical fixtures all worked.

Only I haven't a remote control for the AC and TV I turn on the AC by the pannel and actually I Don't use The tv but will improve those details by the way I had a great stay the The place is so cool and the excellent location is a top

Great staff on arrival. Able to accommodate my early arrival (8am) with a fee which he was able to give a reduced rate. Extremely happy with the considering some of the negative reviews. Huge room, big bed, well air conditioned room. I was at level 4 so perhaps the other rooms are smaller. Great location with several delis just exiting the hotel. 10/10 for sure!

If you’re paying full price it’s not worth it. The balconies are shared with the entire floor and the entire place reeks of weed. You won’t see anyone other than checking in and out. They offer to store your bags, which is nice.
