Everything about the facility is great. I do not like parking fees but appreciate it was only $6 a night vs $20. Oh well I guess that’s the price of progress!

Everything was very clean, from the lobby to the room. It was very esthetically pleasing. The only two problem's I had was the room above me. I do not know if they had children or not but it was a lot of stomping going on. I made the front desk aware and it was taken care care. There is a parking fee. Very pleased with my stay. Front desk staff was very helpful and informative. Will definitely stay again.

The stay was okay. I like the location and stay there when I go for treatments at the Chapel Hill Hospital. I didn't realize they are now charging for parking as I was focused on getting to my room to rest after the medical procedure. Not only did I get a parking charge, but a "service charge" for not paying when I arrived. No where in the description of this hotel on hotels.com was a parking fee mentioned that I recall. There are signs to pay, but the attendant knew I was anxious to get to my room and since this charge is new, she could have mentioned it to me. Oh well, live and learn.
