Room was small, smoke detector flashed a bright white light all night. Room walls and ceiling let in noise and freeway was too close with big truck noise all night. Breakfast staff was efficient and kept things clean and stocked up. Breakfast was the best thing about our stay. Everything else seemed cheaply done.

Everything was great. Highly recommended.

Just what I needed for a one-night stand.

This very nice hotel is very convenient for travelers along I-40. It feels very safe and most importantly for us, Pet Friendly. Breakfast is included and coffee is available 24/7. I will definitely seek out Tru by Hilton again.

Clean, modern, good breakfast

It’s a clutter-free experience. This Hilton chain strives to eliminate the fluff, like coffee set ups in rooms and all the paper that goes with tv guides and pizza ads and in room directories. Bed was comfy. I enjoyed a good nights sleep

My family and I loved our recent stay at Tru by Hilton in Jackson. The property was conveniently located near several restaurant and shopping options. It is also close to the major expressway in Jackson. The free breakfast was sufficient with options to satisfy our hunger. The property is tastefully decorated, and the rooms, as well as the hallways and lobby, are clean and well kept. The staff were very professional and helpful. If traveling to and through the area again, we would definitely return to Tru by Hilton - Jackson.

The mattress was like sleeping on concrete and leaves. Both our backs and muscles hurt so bad we could not stay another night. We had to make accommodations elsewhere

Our check in was great. Lots of friendly faces. The hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable and nice and quiet environment for rest and relaxation. Great location for restaurants and places to go.

Check in was easy, staff was nice, room was excellent, bedding was sooo soft and cozy, bed was comfy breakfast was decent. 600am constant barking dog and the people above me sounded like they were stomping and running made this not a 5 star experience for me.
