This was our first time in a Tru hotel and it was a pleasant stay. While the hotel was very clean, bright, and welcoming not having places (dresser drawers) to put our clothes has a let down. Thankfully we were there for one one night but will be keeping this in mind for times when we will be staying multiple nights. Also, I saw others checking in and receiving a small bag of water and a could see a stash of bagged water bottles. However we were not offered one which makes me think Expedia guest are not quite as welcomed.

Repeat guests. Will stay again .

I just really enjoyed the hotel and my daughter loved the pool!

Our room was clean but the toilet paper, tissue, hand soap and shampoo were all empty.

It's a good location to the wineries.

I absolutely LOVE the TRU in my hometown…I’ve stayed there several times in the past few years. The staff are amazing and the lodging is on point with great amenities!!!

We were very disappointed on the indoor pool temp. It was freezing. I booked the stay so I could bring my granddaughter and play in the pool. It was so cold that after 10 min her lips and cheeks were blue. I asked for it to be turned up and was told it was 80 degrees. There was no way it was 80, I have a pool and know what 80 feels like. For this reason we were disappointed!

My husband and I stayed at Tru by Hilton overnight while attending a two-day conference, and we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, John—who was on duty Friday night—made us feel welcome. He was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Whether it was ensuring we had everything we needed or offering thoughtful dinner recommendations, John went above and beyond. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and brightly lit, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was equally spotless, with a comfortable bed and fresh, cozy pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. In the morning, the breakfast area was well-maintained, and the woman preparing breakfast was cheerful and accommodating, adding a warm touch to the start of our day. Overall, our stay was excellent. We wholeheartedly recommend Tru by Hilton and would gladly return for another stay!

I had a great experience up until the end when I checked out and was told a receipt would be sent to my email and I never got it.

The modern look of the hotel is nice, I like how its decorated. Our room had some areas that were stained, like the shade roller on the window and the fabric headboard. The pool is absolutely ice cold freezing so the kids were really bummed it was so uncomfortable to swim.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
