The property and staff were great! It’s close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The beds were very firm and there was a charge for parking we felt prevented us from giving an excellent rating, but overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Pool was dirty and lights were not on inside the pool barley had pool towls

Only booked for one night got charged an extra night and have been trying to get into contact with the manager for a week and keep being told he is not there or gone for the day never staying again!

Un hotel de bajo nivel, no me lo esperaba así por el rumbo y por el precio pagado. La palabra ideal para describirlo sería Mediocre. Desayuno ridículo el peor que haya tenido en un hotel de esta categoría por mucho, toallas horribles, colchones malos, cobran el estacionamiento aparte No esperaba eso por casi 200 usd por noche. Raro que pase esto en un hotel Hilton

They are double-charging their customers

I really enjoyed the ease of check in especially being with my children, it took no time at all and the staff helping me was so friendly. Only drawback that I didn't see coming was having to pay for parking that caught me by surprise since it wasn't a Downtown location. But even that wasn't that big of a deal. I would definitely recommend this place for family and friends to stay.

Terrible stay, glass broke in the bathroom randomly and I was told by the manager that the building shakes sometimes and that could do it, then they tried charging me for the glass. Horrible staff and greedy manager.

Esta es tu opción de hotel si quieres dormir entre CUCARACHAS!!! El hotel está sucio TODO en general desde el elevador que apestaba a vomitada hasta el cuarto que parecía que no lo habían barrido en días!!! Nos salieron cucarachas!!! Habíamos escogido este hotel por que en las fotos que tienen parecía q podíamos mover las camas hacia la pared para que mi toddler no se cayera! Y no es así! Las fotos no son de este hotel! Se parecen pero no son! Cuando les dijimos que nos queríamos salir y cambiar de hotel! El gerente se portó PÉSIMO! Súper mala atención al huésped! Nos dijo de una manera súper prepotente que como era una reservación pro hoteles entonces no nos podía regresar nada y que si nos queríamos ir pues adelante! Hablé con hoteles y la historia cambió por completo sus políticas de cancelación dicen que si te podían regresar! La chava consiguió que nos regresara el 50% y nos dio un cupón por qué el gerente nos quería cobrar una noche extra! Entonces pésimo servicio, pésima limpieza!!!

En la aplicacion de hoteles.com indicaba que el estacionamiento es gratuito y el hotel me hizo un cargo por estacionarme

Property was clean and close to six flags. Only thing you may want to be aware is they charge you $10 parking fee upon checking in which is not listed anywhere.

Nice hotel clean. Rooms are just not so roomy! :)
