立地が良かったです。行き先にもよりますが、観光に出かける時に徒歩で済んでしまう場所でした。周りが都会なので、少し歩けば色んな人が居ますが、隣は警察署なので多少安心です。 部屋は有料（$35）でアーリーチェックインを選択したので、予約とは違う大きさの707号室になりました。タンスから釘が出ていたりシャワーのガラス戸がちゃんと閉まらない、テレビが１つ動かないなど、不良設備を集めたような部屋でしたが、そこは私達には問題では無く、２段ベッドもあり快適に過ごしました。712号室には設備の不備は無かったので、707号室が特殊なのだと思います。 食器類が紙コップしか無いので、スーパーで買い込んでご飯を食べるつもりなら準備が必要。使い捨てスプーンフォークは近くのCVSで売っています。電子レンジはフロント前のレストラン内の物を使えば無料。部屋に設置すると50ドル。 Expediaではランドリー有りでしたが、フロントで聞くとありません。近所のBKM Laundromat（コインランドリー）で済ませました。 私達は他の日本人は見かけませんでしたが、子供分の費用がかからないなどのメリットがあり、場所もペンステーションの近くということで観光しやすい。十分検討の価値があると思います。

Room had a lot of damage on the doors, mold in the bathroom. Seemed low cleanliness standards. Staff was unhelpful and dismissive.

Super emplacement! Proche du metro. Beaucoup de visite se font à pieds. Chambre familiale super pratique et spacieuse pour NY.

This may have been on the WORST hotel experiences I've ever had. First, our room wasn't ready at check in (3pm) because we were told it was "still being cleaned. It's a large room." Ummm, yeah, we deliberately booked and paid a premium for the family room. Check in time is 3p and you knew you had someone booked in that room. We finally got to into our room at 3:40p and were greeted with an overpowering smell of ammonia. Whatever. At least we knew it had been cleaned. Then there were no bathmats or wash cloths in either bathroom. The bunk beds were *horrible,* like the ones you see at summer camps and prisons(!), with 6 inch lumpy mattresses. One of my kids opted to sleep on the couch instead of that bunk. The day of checkout, our keys got DEACTIVATED while we were at breakfast, so when we tried to return to our room at 10:30a to pack up and clear out, we couldn't get into the room. Check out is at 11a! Then because our flight wasn't until the afternoon, we thought we could leave our bags in storage for a couple of hours, like most other hotels allow. This one had guests store their stuff in a large UNSECURED room with a sliding barn door. Anyone could've walked in and taken bags! We ended up just lugging our stuff around instead. Good thing we only had carry ons, but still. We couldn't wait to leave. Such a disappointment for our first trip to the Big Apple. We'll be back to the city, but will stay far, far away from this hotel. I'd advise others to do the same.

Only thing no early check in for the family room other then that it was splendid

First, the negatives: Unfortunately the pull-out couch was extremely, extremely uncomfortable (I didn’t expect much, but even compared to others we have had to use, it was bad). The room wasn’t ready at check-in time (we had to wait a little over 30 minutes), and there was one dirty-looking towel hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. Now for the positives: it was an affordable place for a family of five, the room was clean aside from that one towel, the regular beds were comfortable, the staff were pleasant, the AC worked well (it was a little loud but that was fine since it blocked out any noise from the building or outside), and it’s very close to Penn Station, which was great since we took the train in. There’s a restaurant on site which we only visited for breakfast one morning. It was not quite worth the $20 a person, but a good option if you don’t feel like going out one day. All in all, we had a very nice stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Just don’t count on anyone sleeping in their pull-out sofa!

Great location near the metro with a big, comfortable room and bathroom. Slept well in the bed. Concierge was friendly and helpful.

Very close to the subway station if you want to venture to other popular areas of New York

The restaurant in the hotel-cold food because they waited to serve it, never got out drinks, beds were ok, pull out sofa was hard and could feel every spring. No extra bedding, couch had a smell
