My first time at this property and we all loved it! The hotel is beautiful and walkable to downtown Holland. Loved the location. The staff was friendly and helpful. We’ll be back!

This is a lovely hotel in a nice location. It’s very fun, with a coffee bar and regular bar on the first level open to the public. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is great. I like the modern feel to everything.

Service overall was great. But couple of things were unacceptable. The lotion container was empty and had not been filled. The sink would not drain quickly and would get clogged. So kind of gross. Considering that they charged more than 300 bucks for one night of stay I feel they could do better.

Small room. Reminded me of dorm room living. Terrible cheap faucet in bathroom, because of improper install I had to use two hands to hold faucet in place to change water temperature. No closet to hang clothes. No carpet in room. Cheap mattress. Heat did not work in room. Staff prioritized phone calls over in person customers. First room electronic entrance lock did not work, therefore could not get into first room. I would pass on this property in the future.

I had a wonderful three days at this hotel; they were very accommodating and helpful, and their rates were spectacular for the amount of comfort I received. The soaking tub in my room was the biggest and deepest I've ever experienced!

This was a great hotel! I love this new idea of hotels without carpeting or ugly art….just super slick, clean and comfortable rooms.
Plenty of linens, super comfortable bed, bar, and restaurant on site if needed. Walking distance to anything downtown, including shops and restaurants.

Property was nice! Got in around 8:30 for check in and had to wait 10 minutes for the front desk worker to deal with some people who wanted a drink from the Starbucks that is attached to the front desk? Probably need two people if that’s going to be open. Room was cool and unique but bathroom fan didn’t work and shower had broken(ish) showerhead which is a bummer in that expensive of a room. Overall nice though!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tulyp and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay at a nice place in downtown Holland where they can walk pretty much anywhere!

The bedding had holes in it like a mouse had chewed several parts. The shower Temperature handle fell off in my hand and was unable to regulate water. Had to pull the knob off and shove it back on several times to get it to work.
The manager agreed that the bedding should have never made it to a room. She apologized and asked if there was anything she could do At checkout. She said she was not able to give me a discount on the room rate because I booked through Expedia.
