so good!

Very comfortable and worth the price

I live about 100 miles from thus hotel, a friend and I were going to crash after a concert and we didn't feel comfortable staying so we drove home after the show and didn't stay.

Quick and easy stay

The woman at the office was very rude when I was checking in she rolled her eyes as if i was a inconveniencing her asking to check in. It was my first time staying here & I would not recommend this establishment or stay there again.

Amazing place the staff is amazing and sweet

Overall great place and well managed for sure. Very friendly staff and the room was really clean.

We ended up not staying..sheets were stained and had holes in them..human hair on floor by beds...we got our credit and left

this place totally sucks. People are super rude and from India they don’t like Americans very much. I don’t mind taking their money.. no visitors allowed give me attitude because I want my front door open. I told him it was none of their business and they said they didn’t like it. We never ever stay here again.

Good stay

This was the first time booking a room from them. It is very clean in the parking lot, very quiet. My room was a standard room and it was clean!! No residual smell in the room. Has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a huge tv that actually works. The owners of this hotel are wonderful and respectful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. When I come to visit, I will be staying there again. Also, the price is reasonable vs other places similar to this hotel.

Was quiet and relaxing.

No wifi. Door handle was damaged. Unable to connect play station to TV. Unpleasant odor.

When we first arrived there was no parking for us. However, the manager asked someone to move their car to make room for us. I believe they asked someone who lived there to move. The room was really small and when my daughter went to take a shower there was hair all over the wall of the shower. They may have cleaned the bottom of the shower but totally forgot the sides. Also, the heater did not work well. We started way too hot and by morning was freezing because it stop blowing warm air during the night. The price was good but I would never stay there again.

We found it to be extremely clean, it's a little motel, ground floor with 21 rooms. We were visiting a lot so it was perfect to sleep, shower and heat our leftovers. We would gladly stay again. Ty ventura beach house

East check in and smooth check out

We usually stay here when we travel to Ventura for dinner. Always a great spot for the price you pay. Rooms are okay, but again price. We will continue to stay whike traveling.

The hotel was clean, but electricity didn't work for the first hour I was there, and there was a $40 deposit in cash to return room key (digital card), and it was mentioned several times no visitors allowed, even when I checked out I was asked if I had any visitors, I explained that my brother was here to pick me up, so now I can check out. It was the least expensive of all the hotels around.
