一部のルームメイキングの対応が悪かったり、空調のコントロールパネルが破損しており、対応を求めた担当者が忘れてしまう等、主にスタッフの対応の不備が２，３ありましたが、それ以外の場所、交通の便（Sybway St.の近く）、周辺環境の良さ（SohoやChina townに近い）、1階のCafeが心地よい、室からの景観が素晴らしい、等々いずれも非常に良かったと思います。何より、NYのこの場所、この施設で200$台とは非常にReasonableでした。スタッフの不備は、まあアメリカならこのようなものでしょう。

Hotel is good for being central location and great coffee shop attached to the lobby. Very very small rooms for a couple though I was told I would get a free bottle of wine at checkout which I didn't get so they offered me extra credit at the restaurant and then didn't honor it... So I was charged and wouldn't answer on expedia and now have to dispute it... Double check your bills!!

Terrible stay. Put in wrong room first night. Air conditioner didn’t work next two nights. Moved rooms in the middle of the night second night because of heat. Lights didn’t work correctly. Card key reader didn’t work correctly. Room extraordinarily small even by NYC standards. Advertised as elite boutique hotel and it was anything but. The bellman Nelson was the only bright spot.

Staff and check in was good although I don’t think there is a bellman or doorman. Restaurant, rooftop and coffee shop were good. Rooms need work, mechanical issues and stucco makes them look cheap. Beds are very comfortable

Every hot w out room service should at least have a coffee maker and snacks. If you aren’t going to deliver food to rooms, there must be some amenity.

I loved the vibe of this hotel. Fun, lively, and coffee/breakfast on site with a cute Jazz speakeasy underneath (so fun!)

Upon check in - everything was fine but the room’s AC we had originally booked wasn’t working and had to sleep in a 75-78 degree room. They had one person come by that didn’t do anything and the second person was a bit more helpful and let us know we needed to switch rooms. The highlight of this trip was that we were thankfully able to get a new room best was more spacious with a slightly better AC unit. Not sure if it’s just the hotel thing but no matter what temperature we set the room to - the room temp never budged but at least it was at 70 degrees the remainder of our stay. In terms of service, the workers were nice but it took my friend 6 different times across 48 hours to get a bath robe. They kept saying they would bring it but never did and one staff member even wrote our room number in front of us when we asked and it never showed up. It took a frustrated, late night call for them to finally bring one up 5 minutes later.

Really enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms with everything we really needed, great location for us, super helpful staff. Small rooms typical of nyc, and street noise . . . Also typical. Stay as high up as you can. Roof top bar super cute in summer

I appreciated the $15 credit.

The lobby area is great and there are good food options. The rooms are so so unacceptably small, even as someone who travels to New York often. Pay close attention before booking

Lovely compact and efficient room. Everything one needs in a cozy space. LOVE the complementary bottle of wine and the $15 voucher which we used for Cosmos on the rooftop bar. Wonderful friendly staff and would definitely stay here again! *****

Staff was solid, rooms were great and it locate off canal st so I they got a bunch of good “cheap” designer! Make sure to rent this spot because the location is solid

Clean Rooms, bathrooms, bar and lounge areas, comfortable beds, pillows, and blankets. Everything during my stay was perfect. I enjoyed staying here and would definetly recommend! Only cons ngl was the restaurant and general area around the hotel. The food was overpriced and limited choices on the menu. Other than that i enjoyed my stay very much. I would definetly stay here again in the future
