It was covered in roaches, dirt, and grose unknown smudges. There was a used q tip on the toilet. The room smelled horribly of smoke

So disgusting, couldn’t get myself to sleep in the bed. My friend and I were staying together and we were standing outside our door for probably 30 minutes trying to get in. Scary. Turns out battery for the door was dead. They got us a different room, reeked of smoke and I have asthma. They said they were sold out so ig it was all they had left, but It was also a conjoined room could hear the neighbors tv all night and the amount of coughing they were doing was just outrageous. The door separating is very thin we were already worried about the front door but having to worry about that one too was annoying. The front desk lady was chill tho.

Front desk lady was not at the front desk for my check in. Waited around 35mins. It was around 11pm and there was a lot of people drinking outside there Rooms and loud music.

No refrigerator, no trash can and when i ask a towel at night they said its not available

The roaches were AWFUL !!!!! Not having microwave, refrigerator, or a coffee pot was definitely out of the norm for a hotel room. The staff at the front desk were professional and pleasant. The exterior of the facility ad the lobby were appealing; the rooms were SPARTAN at best. MINIMAL toiletries, towels, and furniture. Surely management could take an interest in these areas and make small investments in these areas.

A clean location with a river to sit beside and the pool was maintained well.

The room smelled of extreme cigarette smoke all night long, floor was extremely dirty, not recommended even though the price is reasonable it's not worth it.

The pictures look better than the actual rooms. The rooms felt dirty and and the flush was broke on the toilet. Looking at it now its no wonder it's the price it was

We got there and the girl was very nice at the front desk. Said they overbooked and do not have our room. The lady infront of us canceled her new room, as she also did not get the room she paid for. Said it was non smoking! It ended up being a moving room with so many burn marks and smelled extremely bad of cigarettes and weed. We tried airing room out and no luck. If we could have found another place we would have.

We have stayed here about 10 years in a row. It is economical and convenient. There are so many places to eat very nearby.

We did not stay there it was in a bad part of town i did not feel safe there especially with my granddaughter being with me

Parking lot was not clean, rooms were severely dated.

Reserved nonsmoking room, but got smoking - it was very uncomfortable. There were roaches, no amenities, and the towels were disintegrating. This “inn” is a last resort place to stay at.

Toilet sit was shattered. There were bugs in the room. The floor was coming apart. Stains in the sheets and walls and curtains. Homeless people outside the door with trash. Took a video but it won’t let me post it.

I booked a non-smoking room. But the room smelled like stale cigarettes and strong urine smells which hurt our eyes. We couldn’t stay and returned the keys right away and submitted a refund request. Other recent reviews are bad also. I strongly suggest that Expedia should drop this property from its list which damage its reputation and confidence in consumers definitely.
