部屋は広めできれい、立地は便利で静か、朝食では種類豊富で温かいものも食べられ、スタッフも親しみやすくとても快適に過ごせました。

朝食はスクランブルエッグとベーコンがすぐに無くなり、なかなか追加されない。

Upon arrival at the hotel, the doors were locked at 9:30pm local time. I had to wait for someone to open the door for me. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Going up into my room, I realized that the walls were paper-thin and that I could hear everything- the toilet flushing in the room next door, the shower head when it was turned on, entire conversations that were being had. The space itself was very tiney and the pictures online were deceiving. It was a very cramped space. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible (it was so dim I had to use my cell phone flashlight.) And lastly, anytime my neighbor would go in/out of his/her room, the door would slam shut, and shake my entire hotel room wall. I finally got so fed up, I called the front desk to ask if I could be moved if they couldn't resolve this issue. I barely got any sleep and stayed only 1 night at the Wingate. I would strongly advise NOT staying here unless this is your only option.

Computers were down at time of check in, so we couldn’t get a key or check in for about an hour. Room is super small with a view of the adjacent buildings HCAC system.

Hotel très bien situé. Personnel très sympathique. Les chambres sont un peu petites, peu ou pas de place pour ouvrir les valises. Nous avons fait 2 chambres diffentes, la premiere avait un lit un peu trop petit. Le sol n'avait apparemment pas été nettoyé dans les 2 chambres. La salle du petit déjeuner est vraiment trop petite et ce qui est proposé est plutot ridicule comparé au prix de l'hotel. Je recommande quand même pour la situation géographique et le personnel.

Very walkable. Rooms are small but lets be real you'll be out all day and just use to sleep. Rooms are clean and bathroom was super cute

We had a wonderful stay at Wingate. The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the hospitality made us feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and everything about our stay was comfortable and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

No es la primera vez que me hospedo en este lugar y me encanta, el personal fue muy amables, snack, habitaciones pequeñas pero muy comodas e hicieron limpieza todos los días. Desayuno es simple, pero no me molesta porque siempre desayuno fuera. Si no quieres ir a gastar no vayas a N.Y. 😂

The property is situated in an area with plenty of restaurants and convenient transportation options. In terms of location, it’s excellent. However, the room is very small, and the breakfast area is also quite cramped.

The night we returned to our room, the smell of marijuana was very strong in our room. I called the front desk about it and the front desk said they would check. The smell persisted and no follow up was made to us.

I really enjoyed my stay. Great location, very comfortable and clean room. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. I will stay at this hotel again and recommend it.

Good option around Bryant Park & 5th Ave. Very walkable. Decent property.

Have microwave in the room, and small refrigerator that can hold my takeout food
