Location was good People were nice but they didn’t come to take the trash even after I requested

禁煙室を予約したのに、喫煙室をあてがわれました。 １週間滞在していたので、持ち物に臭いがかなりついてしまいました。 それ以外は問題なく、むしろ快適だったので、その点だけが残念です。

I felt it was a safe neighbohood, close to dining and shopping. Staff was very friendly. Condition is aging. Not much for amenities except a small kitchenet.

Room purchased month's in advance not available. Car's with flat tires parked in the spaces. Lobby and elevators smelled off urine. Room was very dirty. Floors were sticky

The property over all is clean and with some guest doing a more longer stay than others maybe a better system of being top of cleaning elevators besides just one time in the mornings and just some all around better dryers that your clothes are completely not as wet when you put them in.

This property is in terrible condition, there’s mold, cockroaches, and filth and trash in the parking lots. Non running vehicles and worse. The smell of cigarette smoke is unbearable in the hallways and even our rooms that were non smoking. Overall the condition of this hotel is a 1 on the scale of 10. We would have checked out if we had the option with our group.

Staff was excellent. I hope as time goes along they can invest in upgrading the room quality. They do have a lot of people with semis or truck/trailer combos. I’d also suggest walking the front and picking up any nails bc those type of machines leave debris that can cause your tire to go flat in the streets there

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Easy check in.

Very convenient, in a good location. Only downfall is beds were hard as a table and did see a few bugs. But for what we paid couldn't ask for much.

I didn't like the stains, and cigarette burns on the bed comforter. There is no frame for the bed just up on metal poles, no shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion, no coffee, no cups, no ice, no water, no extra pillows, no extra blankets, no curtains, only had blinds which, I could see into our room when I went to my car at night which I had parked in front of my window and I could see into my room. You can hear everything especially people yelling and scream fighting across the hall. Just me you get what you pay for, but even then, it still was overpriced. Also, no security, no one at the front desk at night or any time after 7pm. Good luck to you patrons!!!!!

Close to work

Really nice front desk staff. Not too close to the main street which is a good thing. Safe area. I didn't experience any freeway noise. Rate was good.

Everything was nice except the water pressure. I will stay here again..
