There was a lot of moisture on building A and C water was dripping on our head from the ceiling when we were sleeping and the floor was completely wet. After we brought it to the their attention we did move to building D which was a lot better.

The stay and the view were amazing..the bar and grill that was on site was perfect (The Manetee) the only thing I wish they would add to the suites a iron and a ironing board..

If asked a multiple times for clean sheets are extra towels you still do not receive them. They charge you for everything even

Bed comfortable, room updated but not with functional items (ie nice tv modern stands and tables- but no drawers anywhere for clothes and couch cute/modern- not comfortable sitting or sleeping). People/staff all nice and friendly- internet not working a few days. Great oceanfront location, but very limited walk ability for food or shopping. Elevator not working - but seemed get fixed in couple of days- luckily only had go to 2nd floor anyway.

Terrible, room was dirty missing floor tilea holes in the wall, shower leaked water everywhere, balcony door was broken

Transportation

The Manitee bar and grill was not very good and it took forever to get our food, and their credit card machine was down. And the breakfast place inside the hotel was a joke. Nowhere to sit and so crowded people were just shoulder to shoulder and the card machine was down. The prices there and the bar and grill were way too much for what they had. There was hardly any towels provided daily for the pool. Thankfully we had brought some. Wasnt a whole lot of food options in my opinion. The bed was comforatable though and the room was nice.

The toilet was plugged from the moment we walked in. Maintenance had to come 2xs to fix it. Dirty towels in room and found a stain like grease on the side of the bed. Will absolutely not stay again. Overall appears that the upkeep hasn’t been as it should. Obviously corners cut without a care to at least make it look like they cared.

Had a great time. Wonderful beach & pools. Room was also amazing

This day was awesome. Perfect location and the view is beautiful. I will definitely stay here again convenient to everything. Awesome all the way around.

At check in I was giving a room on the 5th floor of building D, as we were unloading the car a couple came down from the building and advised us that loading the cart was wasting our time that the elevator had been out for 2 weeks. I went to the office to swap rooms bc 5 flights of stairs would be horrible with two toddlers and one that has a heart condition and can’t walk all stairs. Rhonda (very rude) swapped the room after I had to get smart with her back to room 222. I asked her was it in a different building, she said yes building C. I went out helped unload the rest of our belonging and walked to building C, second floor up and down the hall to realize 222 was actually in D. My husband took the grands and luggage back to the car and I went to to the office. Rhonda again very rude, basically told me sorry that’s all you get. I asked to speak to someone else as she was not very nice. A gentleman came out and said he had a room being cleaned ans he would speed it up. So we take out luggage that’s on the cart to the restaurant on property and grab some food. A hour later I go back and he tells me it’s not done yet, he would call me. We decide to load the car back up bc it is very hot in July and take the girls to the beach to wait. 3 hours later no call, I go back and no it’s after shift change and the lady informs me that he didn’t have a room being cleaned and she gave me a room. We unload the car and go up to the room to find out that it is a queen room. I paid for suite

It was beautiful and a great location

The hotel was in a great location on the beach. There was sufficient parking in a well lit lot. Booking and check-in was easy. The room was in a great area and was clean and comfortable with the beautiful view we asked for. Housekeeping was accommodating. Some of the amentities we used included beach access, hot tub, two swimming pools, two onsite restaurants, exercise room, and an arcade. The pool was closed early due to lightening and then did not reopen for the rest of the night even though the pool at a neighboring hotel was open for hours later. The restaurant food was good, mostly bar food and burgers and fries for dinner and then a large selection and big servings of breakfast foods. Drinks and snacks are also sold at the front desk. Check-out was easy.

There was only 1 mirror in the room and that was in the restroom. Need more than 1 mirror.

Limited beach space due to chair rentals. Internet did not work the whole week. Pool noise was incredibly loud. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. Slow wake was great.

The beach view was wonderful! We had a leaky air conditioner and our room was flooded! The rattling noise was horrible! Kept us up all night. My husband had to wedge cardboard in the cracks to stop it from making a horrible rattle...the large pool was was filthy and the deck surrounding was so messy from the night before...dirty cups and water bottles...chairs were dirty..the towel guy was good at providing for the area...we had to use the pool net to clear water from debris! They compensated us with free parking $40 which we will take...they did offer another romm on 3rd day but we said we'll stay where we are for 2 more nights....anyway, we won't go back!

This was our second stay at Wyndham Gardens and we were just as please as the first time we stayed there. Absolutely love the cleanliness of the entire area; the rooms, the pool, the beach. The staff is very nice and helpful. Love the on-site restaurants. Highly recommended!

The elevator was down when we came back one night but was fixed before we were back up the next morning! Friendly service when at desk or needed more so.

Love the mirrors in the room

Elevator was broken when we got there and the card machine was too Had to walk up and down 7 flights of stairs to see my my daughters families. Other than that tge stay was fine. The food in the restaurant could use a bit more flavors but very big portions for the price.
