Zane Grey Pueblo Hotel

Really good experience, the staff was super helpful and nice. Si helpful that they provided rides to the Main Street on a golf cart . Rooms are so clean .

Had penthouse. Staff was rude. Housekeeping got missed and when brought up with staff they were dismissive and said the crew left already. No concern. Transportation up and down the steep hill to town was unreliable, some drivers had attitude while other drivers were great. At times other guests were allowed to have priority drivers when we had already been waiting. Not worth it to stay there. If spending a lot on a penthouse look elsewhere on Avalon first.

The bedroom was too noisy. I stayed there for two nights, and every day I couldn't get enough rest because I could hear my neighbors both at night and early in the morning. I don’t recommend it if you want a peaceful place to relax.

It’s my daughter’s 18 years birthday that day, everything is perfect except there was no hot water in the shower room, we were waiting for about 20 mins for staff checking and still no hot water , also no other room changed,this made us uncomfortable and decided to back home earlier. Reception lady said she will ask boss to have some discount but no further information received. $1000 one night without hot water shower? This was ruined my daughter’s birthday!

L hôtel est très à l écart mais une navette est disponible pour nous déposer la où se trouvent les restaurants. Petit déjeuner insignifiant (œufs brouillés, pain, yaourt) et c est tout ! Nous avons confiés nos bagages à la réception avant de reprendre le bateau et lors de notre départ, les AirPods de ma fille avaient été volés dans mon sac à dos. Ma fille les localisait dans une maison le soir et le lendemain de retour à l hôtel. J ai fait un mail demandant le remboursement et la bizarrement les AirPods avaient été retrouvés. Ils m ont été envoyés mais si l on ne peut pas faire confiance au personnel de l hôtel alors aucun intérêt d y aller. Pas d insonorisation dans les chambres. La vue est sympa mais pas expetionnel. La cloche de l église sonne tous les 20 min et se trouve à 50m de l hotel

Hotel was nice with great views! They had a golf cart service to bring you in and out of town, which was awesome Our window covering was broken and no hot water for two days. The pool also had towels and all the chairs that were not cleaned in the evening. Overall nice hotel and they were quick to fix it. But not kept up well for the price We asked for a check out 30 minutes later and the girl told us that we have to pay for another half day of the room

Everything was beautiful! Nice and relaxing perfect getaway the staff and golf cart drivers were very kind friendly and accommodating and our rooms were very clean and cozy, will definitely like to come back for future stays :)

Amazing stay! Staff were super helpful and the golf cart service was super clutch. Our view of the harbor was spectacular.

Amazing device and great view from our room!

Very clean, nice and helpful staff, and within walking distance of the city and major activitity locations. Also they stored out luggage until the ferry arrived for free then delivered it to us right before we left, that was awesome.

There was no one with a sign to meet us, as promised. The pool does not match the photos on website. Our “ocean view” was blocked by a (easily removed ) bush. We had to request a clean blanket for the sofa bed. Most of the front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the shuttle drivers especially nice.

The honeymoon suite was perfect! View was amazing! Loved our stay!

We stayed at Zane Grey Pueblo Hotel for a day during our Catalina trip and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is beautiful with a peaceful atmosphere and stunning views of Avalon. The accommodations were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. We only stayed for one night, but it was the perfect relaxing escape. The views are excellent! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, stylish stay in Catalina!

Made a decision to splurge on an ocean view room at the Zane Grey and boy was it worth every penny! Absolutely incredible views and extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond and we used the golf cart shuttle multiple times for rides to/from the ferry and downtown area... also enjoyed the walk via the waterfront stairs which are the most scenic you'll experience but does require a short walk on the road toward the top of the hill (access is from Hill Street). Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer!

Great views, easy and free golf cart service up and down the hill, some rooms are amazing. Giving 4 stars because one of the lower end rooms felt like an oversized closet. Luckily the staff was able to move us to a better room (for a fee).

The views from the Zane Grey are unbelievable. Having a pool and fire pits are also special. The corner room is spacious and very nice.
