英語があまり出来ない私にもわかりやすくせつめいしてくれます、チップは、スタッフ皆でシェアするシステムがユニークで良いとおもいます。エアコンなしですが、この季節は、全く問題無く、朝晩は長袖で良い気候ですね。日本人の女性の足だと街までとほ20分はかかりますが、下町を通り抜け人々の様子を楽しみながら歩けます。

カスタマーフォーカスが徹底している。細かいところに気が回っており、好感がもてる。総じて高いレベルにあるが、朝食だけはもう少しボリュームが欲しい。

Nice views and pool

Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff are friendly and helpful - great customer service! The bungalows are well setup and the lagoon view and private pool just took it to the next level, definitely worth it. The resort restaurant has a great range for each meal and the cocktails fit the vibe perfectly. Highly recommend staying at Mangoes - 12/10!

Absolutely wonderful week spent and Mangoes. The resort itself is peaceful and quiet (being adults only), the restaurant meals were consistently amazing and fresh and the staff were a stand out. By the end of our stay all the staff knew us by name and our favourite seats. Highly recommend splashing out for one of the private pool bungalows, being about to have a private float after being out in the heat, or first thing in the morning as the sun rises was really special. Though there are 3 other communal pools that were more often than not empty. The resort is located about a 15 minute walk from the main strip, which was fine for us but may be a bit hilly for those with mobility issues. In that case there are taxis and buses available. The local neighbourhood was incredibly safe, friendly and welcoming. People were genuinely friendly with no ulterior motives like some other touristy areas. Reception staff were helpful if we ever needed directions, AC was great for us Tasmanians and will definitely be back.

I really like the individual bungalow. Despite the property being hilly in some areas, there are no stairs it’s completely flat. Food was good .

A great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good as well. The mattress wasn't the most comfortable, but other than that everything was great.

The staff are all friendly and remembered me by my name. They were happy to help out with any requests. The rooms were nice a spacious and had a nice view, and my room came with a plunge pool which was cleaned every morning. Definitely stay here if you want a nice relaxing Holliday.

More variety needed on the menu

We had a great 7 nights at Mangoes Resort. The staff are friendly and very helpful with any queries you have and helping with transportation. Buses are pretty easy to catch from the front of the resort and they have drivers always available. The location is a little further from the main streets of Port Villa than we expected. It is walkable but isn’t flat and we wouldn’t suggest walking it late at night. The resort is not directly on the lagoon and has no water access. For us and others staying, this was deceiving in the photos. The villas with a lagoon view are definitely better. We had a private pool however we didn’t use it due to being a little rundown. The main pools and surrounding areas are also a little rundown with broken pool tiles and timber needing replacing. We did however see them doing repairs while there so maybe this will change. The room itself was very clean and had the essentials which we needed.

Great hotel. Staff is great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower very good as well. AC was good. Views are great. A short walk to downtown. I hope they fix the city up to make it a great downtown and that would really help Port Vila tourism. I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable private bungalows with beautifully kept pools right at the door. Lovely caring staff with great memories and excellent service in all areas. Perfect child free place to relax and chill out. Highly recommended.

All up, just OK and mixed good and bad. I was disappointed by the meals and felt the food was quite small, ordinary and overpriced. Lack of attention to the basics like salt and pepper on bringing the meal Cockroaches in my room's kitchen cupboard (large ones). This place is a bit isolated so good if you have a car. I did not. So, I needed to walk quite a bit up hill and, in the heat, to find anything and no public transport going past the hotel. The reception does not sell cell phone recharge cards. Not a place for oldies. There was no work desk, but you can work from a small dining table but no power outlet close enough to plug in. However, a very pleasant view and comfortable room and lovely manicured gardens with pool. And the reception very friendly and lovely.

The property and staff are great. They had an issue with AC not available but that isn't an issue for the future. Waiting on a taxi and availability of taxi after 9pm is a challenge. Local young men harass from the street while waiting on a taxi or any other reason you're out exposed.

Very very responsible and thoughtful during the earthquake, helped me a lot. The facility is the best. The power and WiFi is hardly ever affected even in the earthquake. It’s memories for life.
