All was great

The room was Good and everything was Ok. I made a reservation for a Deluxe Room for up to 4 people, but I only listed 2 people on my reservation, thinking that since it was for 4, there wouldn't be any problem. Upon arrival at the hotel, they refused to check us in because there were 3 adults and an infant. The staff was demanding more money. I changed my reservation immediately, and Expedia helped me by adding the 2 extra people, making it even cheaper. When the staff demanded more money, they finally checked in, and no additional payment was given to them. The point is that we need to be more considerate and not just think about money when it comes to people, especially in a country where not everyone can afford to pay $200 for a hotel room for one night.

Limpieza y atención excelente

El hotel es muy bonito, pero la atención no es de 5 estrellas. No me ayudaron con las maletas al bajarme del taxi (como cualquier hotel 5 estrellas haría), el check in ni siquiera me explicaron donde era el desayuno, los ascensores, gym, cualquier cosa, solo me dieron la llave y listo. Por ende, realmente no volvería a hospedarme. Desafortunadamente.

Pase un momento muy incómodo en mi breve hospedaje en Lidotel, pagué 1 noche porque viaje solo para el concierto de Molotov, al llegar yo SIEMPRE reviso mi habitación, closets, bañera, puertas… Para nuestra sorpresa había una puerta interna que nos conectaba con la habitación de al lado, al abrir de mi lado había otra puerta que se encontraba abierta y la huésped salió, y cerró desde su lado, y yo lo hice del mío. No obstante el acompañante de la Señora en lugar de resolver su queja con la administración me abordó A MI a las afueras del hotel, para regalarnos a ambos un muy mal momento. 1. Porque Lidotel si tiene este tipo de habitaciones conectadas NO LO INFORMAN?. 2. Porque Lidotel no SELLA las puertas para que el acceso no dependa de si una de las partes pasó o no el seguro. Para mí el abordaje de esta persona hacia mí no fue correcto ni respetuoso, él llegó diciéndome “Como que tú estás abriendo puertas de su suite!?”, SÚPER MAL MOMENTO y solo por esa razón no me gustó la experiencia.

My family and I stayed here for a couple of days and we enjoyed our stay inmensely. This is a viable option for us to stay again when traveling to Caracas.

The first problem occurred when I arrived, the second time it happened to me, the reservation didn't appear and I called on Thursday to avoid the same problem, the bed sheet had something stuck to it, I don't know what it was, the bathroom had something broken in the shower and it was dirty. I don't think I'll come back.

Lidotel is definitely one of the best hotels in Caracas. Very convenient location, spacious rooms, great service. The restaurant has a spectacular view of Caracas and of the beautiful sunrise every morning. There is a gym and a spa connected to the hotel. Lidotel is also connected to a mal. Great place to stay in Caracas.
