築後浅いので設備は綺麗

プールを使用しようとしましたがあまりきれいではありませんでしたので、使用しませんでした。 8Fよりプールのエリアに入れます。 朝食は種類が多く美味しかったです。

スタッフはみんな親切で最高でした。部屋に虫が出た際に、殺虫剤はあるか尋ねたら部屋ごとスピーディに替えてくださり感激でした！ 屋上のルーフトップバーが朝は気持ちよく最高です。夜は2時まで重低音の音楽がちょっとうるさいので、静かに休みたい人には7階以下をお勧めします。ルーフトップバーで夜遊びしたい人にとっては、異国で深夜の夜道を出歩かずに済むので最高です！

新しいのかな？全体的にきれいでした。 同クラスの部屋とくらべて狭いほうだと思います。 ホテルの入り口がわかりづらく、迷っていたところ、ベルボーイが助けてくれました。

A&EM アート ホテルを予約し、チェックインをしたが、予定していた部屋のエアコンの故障とのことで、部屋に入れず。他の部屋も無いといわれ、迎えのA&EM ホテルに移され、そちらに宿泊した。（キャリーバックはポーターが運んでくれた。次の日、エアコンが直ればA&EM アート ホテルに宿泊可能と言われたが、面倒だったため、A&EM ホテルにそのまま宿泊） 上記理由からフロントしか見ていないが、新しいホテルということから内装は非常にきれい。 ただし、新しい為か日本円の両替を依頼したが、VNDの在庫が無いとの理由から向いのA&EM ホテル（今回泊まったホテル）で両替を行って欲しいとのこと。 周辺は日本料理（居酒屋、串揚げ、丸亀製麺、すし屋）、ローカル系、コンビニ、カフェなどが徒歩圏内に豊富。ベトナムフォーの店は観光客向けか、少々高い印象。

朝食も美味しいですし、部屋も綺麗ですし良いホテルです。 屋上プールが意外と存在感がなかったです。 ちなみにa&emホテルはホーチミンに複数あるので気をつけないといけません。

Nice boutique hotel in great location of D1 Very clean if a touch dated. I couldn’t fault this place and overall it was good value for money, with a comfortable bed and pillows were magic!

Great location staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had a big comfortable bed and the best shower temperature and pressure I have ever experienced in Vietnam. Free breakfast was good enough and enough options to start the your day. Recommended hotel.

Hotellet var lidt af en skuffelse for en 4 stjerne, Der var ikke varm vand, Der var meget støj om natten, vi hørte noget som lyd som en motorsav kl.01.00 om natten. Vinduer lukkede ikke tæt som gave meget traffikstøj. Morgenmaden var noget gammel brød og smelte ost, kaffemaskine virkede ikke i flere dagen.

BE AWARE BEFORE BOOKING, compare hotel with other hotels in the area. Room 502 Beside the location that is good, there ard more than 15 hotels in same area. Hotel rate far over priced for the rooms, so many other more maintained hotels for half the price you pay at this hotel. They have sister properties that is more modern but they prices this property at the same par, but this property is run-down. Room are outdated, and nothing like the photos they promote on booking sites, we had to move rooms… first room so small, could hardly walk around the bed, no closet space, no shelf to pack clothing items, safe literally bold to the floor. Moved to second room that was a class higher, room was bit bigger, but same as first room, room are old!! Pictures advertised on booking sites were taken years ago. Water leaking out of bathtub leaving the floor flooded every time you take a shower, 2 out of 4 electrical outlets worked, no hot water the first night Breakfast is below par, all items like bacon, sausages are standing open on plates, “Ice cold” reported this everyday but no change. Spoke with hotel manager, he was apologetic but same thing next day nothing charged. Very unfortunate that they just could not maintain the property, will surely not return and will not make any recommendations.

Friendly staffs, great rooms, save for the size of the room is a bit too small and that there is only one small lift. Otherwise the place is great, and nice variety for breakfast too

During my recent stay at A&Em Hotel, I encountered a series of unfortunate issues that greatly impacted my experience. Upon checking into my room, I was immediately struck by a strong, unpleasant odor that resembled stale cigarette smoke. It was quite off-putting, especially for someone who is sensitive to such smells. The staff, however, were friendly and accommodating. I approached them about the issue, and they quickly assisted me in moving to a different room, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the new room was no better. It also had a lingering bad odor, and I couldn't shake the feeling that it had not been properly cleaned. The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with dust and dirt in various corners, which added to my disappointment. Despite the staff's best efforts to help, the persistent smell and uncleanliness overshadowed any positives about the hotel. It was a frustrating experience that made my stay far from enjoyable. I had hoped for a more pleasant environment, but unfortunately, that was not the case at A&Em Hotel.

Hotel location was great. The breakfast is no so good and the television quality was bad, visual was not clear and had static noise.

Check in time is super late at 2pm in Vietnam time. The room are not so clean and the room lighting is dim in some area The toilet mirror and lighting is poor that unable to see yourself in the mirror clearly. Happen the room I check in fills with ANTS clawing everywhere of the room include the bed. You need to press for the room services then they will clean up not like others hotel that 100% whether you are in the room they will press the door bells to ask for the cleaning of the room.

Nice hotel in a great location! Nice rooms but a bit smelly of moist.. the pool area is horrible and empty… the breakfast is bad
