The staff are very friendly. That's why I repeat this hotel.

家族で宿泊しましたが、非常に静かに海（遊びや夕日）を楽しむことが出来ました。非日常を満喫出来て大変満足でした。

ホテルまでの道はとても奥まった道の突き当たりでたどり着くまで少し不安になりました。立地はとても良くビーチ直結でした。ビーチ沿いを歩いてmango bayレストランにもいけます。ビーチは岩場が点在、シュノーケリングも楽しめます。岩場は岩牡蠣に注意が必要。コテージ周辺は植物が多く蚊が多いです。虫刺されに注意。ベッドには蚊帳がついていますが、仮設のようで寝返りですぐ開いてしまうのであまり意味がなかったです。シャワールームは半屋外のような感じで薄暗くライトが欲しかった。アリも出ますが立地を考えるとやむなし。敷地内で飼われている犬の親子が人見知りで可愛かったです。とても静かでこじんまりとした落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。

少し古びたところはありますが、きちんと管理されています。

のんびり過ごそうとされたい人に、お進めです。 年末でベストシーズンだったらか、夕陽が綺麗に見れました。 部屋のシャワーはだいぶぬるいです。 日焼けをしていない肌には寒くて入りたくなくなりました。夕方の早い時間なら温かいシャワーわー浴びることができそうでした。 スタッフの方は、誠実な仕事をされますし、プールは小ぢんまりとしていますが綺麗です。 海も泳ぎやすく、おすすめです。

A very relaxing stay in a great location with friendly staff. Will recommend Ancardine to others. A note about the restaurant. They made the world's best passion fruit smoothies and the breakfast food is fine and so cheerfully served. Otherwise, we found the menu dull and the food we had there on our first night lacked flavour. We ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay at some great restaurants in the village.

Wow, where do I start? First I researched extensively for the right place in phu quoc. I wanted a spot that was on a clean beach with direct access, swimmable, sandy beach to lay out on. This resort is located on arguably the BEST beach on the whole island. I went to bai sao and starfish beach, and while those are arguably the best mainstream beaches on the island, this resort’s beach was better. It was also quiet. I was worried our beachfront bungalow might be too close to noise from people hanging out on the beach / pool, but there was no loud noise, it is well insulated room. The only small negative with the room was that the bathroom is outside (still private, but located on a covered patio on the back of your room), so while that was fun showering and crapping outside, it’s not fun when it’s super hot or getting bit by bugs at night while taking a poo. All good tho. The service was great. All the staff were friendly and attentive. They let us hang out at the beach and use the spa showers as we had time to kill after check out before our flight a few hours later. Also, the complimentary breakfast is incredible. Omelettes, bacon, fruits of all kinds, hot and cold Asian food dishes, pho, etc - the most impressive breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. For around $100 a night I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on this island. I’m so glad I booked here and not the other places that were much more expensive and I’d guarantee not as good. Can’t wait to come back, thanks Ancarine!

Great little hotel resort. Quiet and reasonably priced for beach front. Excellent breakfast, it was our best meals of the day. Love the beef and chicken pho the offered each morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Only thing we had a minor issue with is that the hotel only had warm water do to it’s solar heating of the hot water. They don’t have hot water but we were completely fine with that.

What an idyllic location! The beach here is lovely and clean. My beachside bungalow had a simple, rustic charm that really appealed to me. The village is a 15 minute walk away, and has mini-marts plus a good choice of restaurants serving cheap and tasty food. I particularly appreciated that (unlike some other nearby resorts) the Ancarine doesn't have music blaring out at its bar area - so you can enjoy your evening cocktail here in peace! The staff are super friendly and the service is excellent. Highly recommended.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen einfachen Holz-Bungalow mit Blick auf den wunderschönen und gepflegten Strandabschnitt und Garten. Das Queensize-Bett hatte eine Matratze, die leider alle Bewegungen weitergegeben hat.

Beautiful setting , not at all crowded . Our beach bungalow was 40metres from the beach, pool and restaurant. Staff were delightful. . The resort had a relaxed rustic feel and is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again

Schönes, übersichtliches Hotel mit sehr netten, sehr motivierten Mitarbeitern und sehr gutem Frühstück. Ruhige Lage, direkt am Meer mit gepflegtem Strand. Gutes Restaurant.

Wunderbar ruhiges Resort, direkt am eigenen Strand. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt genügend Liegen für alle, kein Handtuch-Reservieren. Selbst, wenn man mal nicht in den Ort zum Essen laufen möchte, ist das Retaurant mit seinen Getichten eine tolle, einheimische Alternative. Abends dem Sonnenuntergang am Strand zuschauen, danach mit einem Drink die Schiffe und Sterne beobachten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Die Anlage liegt ruhig. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, die Anlage und den Strand sauber zu halten. Je nach Strömung wurde jede Menge Plastik angespült. Die Anlage ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber man bemüht sich sehr. Die Baumaßnahmen im Rezeptionsbereich waren erträglich. Besonders gut fanden wir die Außendusche.

The staff were lovely and the food was very good. Even though it was monsoon weather , some days were sunny. The tropical gardens were beautiful.

Traumhafte und ruhige Unterkunft. 15 min zu Fuß entfernt vom nächsten ort mit restaurants. Paradiesischer strand. Hätten gern noch länger dort Zeit verbracht. Unterkunft ist schon etwas älter, jedoch daher noch ursprünglicher und nicht wie manch anderes Resort. Absolut empfehlenswert!
