ビル ベン ホームステイ - ホイ アン

今回宿泊したのは四階・最上階のデラックスルームでしたすっきりまとまった清潔な部屋で、椅子に座ってくつろげるバルコニー付きでした。4月に入って暑くなりだしたホイアンでしたが風抜けがよく日中の暑い時間帯でも窓を開ければエアコンを使わずくつろげました。そして、涼しくなったらすぐにホイアンの街に繰り出せる立地でしたので思う存分ホイアンを楽しむことができました。 ホームステイと言っているだけに経営は家族で力を合わせてしている感じで、時間帯により近所の子供が遊びにきていたりお客がきていたり、アットホームでまるで親戚の家に遊びに来ているような気分で滞在を楽しめました。 近所には美味しいレストランや夜遅くまでお菓子や飲食料が買える小さなお店もあり治安もよい立地でした。 次回もまた利用したいと思います。

観光の立地がとても良く、朝晩のひとり歩きに便利でした。 お部屋を含む施設内の全てがとても清潔で、快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの方々は、皆さんにこやかで好印象でした。

経営されているご家族はとても親切で優しくフレンドリーです。英語もお話しされるのでコミュニケーションも取りやすいです。 ホイアンのナイトマーケットのすぐ近くですが、通りが一本ちがうので夜はとても静かで、治安も良く周囲の家やお店の方もとてもフレンドリーです。 客室はとても清潔で、タオルやドライヤー、シャンプーなども全て揃っています。 値段もとてもお安く、朝食も美味しかったので大満足です。またベトナムへ訪れる際は利用したいですし、とてもおすすめです！

場所は街歩きやナイトマーケットのすぐ近くにありながら、裏路地ですので静かに過ごせます。家族的な良いホテルです。 部屋の清潔感や設備も必要十分でした。

Bom custo benefício, muito perto do Rio e das atrações do Ancient Town. A limpeza deixou a desejar para o padrão ociedental, o ar condicionado era fraco, mas a família host era muito gentil

Big room, nice balcony and bed. Air conditioner and fan provided. Very kind family. Very short walk into town and right beside night market. Some ants but very common in stays in Vietnam.

This is such a hidden Gem. Far enough to stay away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to go anywhere. Very walkable. I would stay here again.

The accommodation is clean and comfortable. We have stayed for 2 nights at Hoi An. The homestay is located at a very convenient location which we can access to the night market and the riverside with a 2-minute walk. Unexpectedly, we didn’t hear any noise from the busy bars and restaurants that were just one block away. The breakfast was nice and the owner was nice enough to let us eat a bit earlier so we could grab a quick bite before the local tour starts.

Nice place in the village, close to the old quarter and night market, very friendly and helpful owners, excellent home cooking. I enjoyed my stay.

Staff was very nice

Our stay was good. The place is clean and breakfast is just enough for us. It’s in a quiet area. Close to the center. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent and caring staff, brilliant location close to the action of town but pretty quiet.

Property is in a great location. Hosts are great- helpful! They also have a wonderful tailor for custom suits/ dresses. Breakfast was lovely, not the most cleanly coming from North American standards, but acceptable.

Our stay at Bill and Ben Homestay in Hoi An was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcome beer, making us feel right at home. The family’s hospitality was unparalleled, and they truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. One highlight was the incredible shirts that the lady of the house, a master tailor, crafted for us. Each shirt was a testament to her skill and dedication, adding a personalised touch to our visit. Gorgeous people inside and out, the hosts made our time in Hoi An unforgettable. We can't recommend Bill and Ben Homestay highly enough and give them a well-deserved 5-star rating.

A perfect and a quiet place but still very close to the old town and shopping. The stay included very good breakfast and the owner and staff is very friendly and helpful. Also free bicycles.

We were very well received at this Homestay. Everything was very clean, organized, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very attentive.

Such a friendly family that can’t do enough for you. The homestay room was big, perfect air con and clean. The location is perfect - easily walkable to the old town and right near the night markets but very quiet. There is also a very cute local restaurant at the end of the steet called ‘hi’. Highly recommend this homestay - excellent value

En liten og koselig Homestay. Stedet ligger en gate bak hovedturist området, men likevel veldig rolig. Kort vei å gå til det meste. Mulig å leie sykkel på stedet. God service og gjestfrie husverter.

We had a great stay here. The family are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Their Homestay is beautiful and very modern. We had a delicious breakfast and they organised several tours for us. Highly recommend and surpassed our expectations. I would recommend staying here for a great visit to Hoi An, it is located 2 minutes from the river and old town. Thank you to this hard working family.
