Très bon accueil, chambre impeccable, très bon petit-déjeuner buffet, hôte de bons conseils qui peut s'occuper de vos réservations de bus et de vos excursions si besoin. Un bon restaurant vegan sur place et ... deux adorables matous 😻

Beds were very comfortable, and room was clean. Bathroom tiles could use a deep cleaning around the shower area though. It is a little uphill from the Main Street. Maybe a 5 minute walk so not too bad at all. There are restaurants all around so plenty of options to eat. Very nice staff. Breakfast was ok, fruits, a lot of bread based items and option of scrambled or fried eggs.

Great hotel central location clean, staff wonderful. You can book a good tour to ha long bay with them.

Strategic location, nicest staff and good vegan restaurant. Perfect for our family and our trip… we even got very useful recommendations about where to eat and what to do in Ninh Binh, which was our next stop! Bonus: our kids spent nice times playing with Tom & Jerry, the 2 adorable kitten!

Dusjforholdene kunna vært bedre,dårlig vanntrykk. Kjedelig frokost. Fin beliggenhet, tilbaketrukket fra alt bråket. Ekstremt mye valuta for pengene!

Localizado a poucos passos da orla onde concentram todos os bares, restaurantes da cidade. Um hotel familiar com um atendimento sempre muito simpatico. Nao é de luxo mas é limpo, agradavel e tem tudo que voce precisa para esses dias na regiao. Eles reservaram meu transfer de volta de Cat Ba para Hanoi e deu tudo certo.

Es una buena opción para estar una semana o mas. El personal es amable y esta dispuesto a ayudar cuando se necesite. Solo el desayuno podría haber sido mas variado, pero no esta mal.

The Green Hotel is a great place to stay! Dinh, the receptionist is lovely and has some nice tour options for reasonable prices. I would be happy to stay there again.

The service was good and the location was great. Unfortunately the bathroom was very dirty, the breakfast was disappointing and the air conditioning needed a long time to cool the room. I would not return to this hotel.

This is a three star review for a two night stay. Room: Had two queen beds that were incredibly hard and bound in pleather instead of normal mattress material. We know the standard in Vietnam is hard, but this was surprising. The AC in the room works well but takes a very long time to cool the room from its hot summer state. There is a safe in the room but the front desk states they do not have the physical key to give to us. Given this is such an easy fix, we were surprised they did not consider investing in this common feature and having a key made. There is also no do not disturb sign which would would have used to limit entry into a safeless room. Wifi is acceptable (11mbps download when I checked). Fridge in the room and two mini bottles of water per day left in room (recommendation to put them in the fridge in the future). Hair dryer and decent toiletries provided in good quantity. Drawers in room about to fall off wall but has a functioning wardrobe. Breakfast: highlight of the property with fresh guava and pineapple juice, crepes, toast, bananas, passion fruits, and over easy eggs. Jam may contain traces of fruit. Coffee was just ok with only milk to add (recommendation to serve condensed milk as most local hotels do). Area: I really cannot recommend Cat Ba to anyone except those taking a cruise. Accessibility: step to get into shower, elevator not working to get down to ground floor but can go up from it. Value: Low for Vietnam but at par for Catba
