部屋は綺麗でゆっくり休めました。 シャワールームとトイレの照明スイッチが1ヶ所しかないので、ベッド側にあると助かります。 または、浴室側の照明を人感センサーだと良いです。

部屋は隣の声が聞こえないから良いです。 浴槽は高めなので高齢者は気をつけてください。 トイレはウォシュレットではないです。 掃除は綺麗な方ですが髪の毛が所々ありました

All the female staffs are much kind & friendly. It's appreciate. But the breakfast was terrible. Not good quality and no choice to enjoy. It's due to not many guest stay in the hotel. Just consider to dave cost for meal then happen this teribble meal status. The hotel need to consider how to have many guest in stable and need to level to the meal service.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Our time at Crowne Plaza had some good moments and a few bumps along the way. Booking through Expedia caused confusion about airport pick-up, especially important for families like ours with a little one. When we arrived, our room had a broken air conditioner, and even though there was a control in the room, it didn't work. We ended up using fans for the night, which wasn't great. The next morning, though, breakfast was fantastic and made up for the rough night. We had to bring up the air conditioning issue ourselves, and the hotel manager was helpful. They offered us a massage and a ride to the airport to make up for the inconvenience. Despite a broken mini-bar, the staff was friendly and arranged taxis for us. Overall, the hotel has potential, especially with its friendly staff and good food. But better communication about services and fixing room issues without guests having to ask would make it a much better experience. Thanks

We booked this in error thinking it was in Hanoi. But Hanoi is about hour taxi ride from there. Luckily, the hotel was brilliant and we visited the most beautiful Monastery high in mountains, beautiful lake and the stunning village where the clouds touch the buildings as it’s so high up , tam dao. These turned out to be our fav places !’ The hotel , staff, food, service is immaculate! Also have lovely outdoor pool and jacuzzi’. We found out it’s mainly a business hotel but we loved every min of our safe! Stunning hotel !

There's Service and then there's Hospitality. Crown Plaza hit all marks. The hotel decor is modern with beautiful clean lines. I came to play as much golf in 4 days. My, helped with my golf and transportation. The bellmen were always on time to get my golf bag. Restaurant staffs were always attentive. Breakfast spread was always plentiful. Lunch and dinner menus are diverse with international flavors. My large room was beautiful. I was sick for the last part of my stay and they made ginger lemon honey tea and gave me some medication. Thuy was very attentive and concerned about my well-being. Having said all that, the hospitality part means a lot to me so I'm going to mention everyone's name that made my trip memorable. Restaurant staffs: Ms.Linh, Mr.Khanh, Ms.Yen, Mr.Minh, Mr.Duan, Ms.Huyen, Ms.The, Ms.Thao, Ms.Uyen and Ms. Thuy. Front Desk: My, Lam, Tung, Hai, Son, Quynh, Duong, Minh Anh, Quoc Anh.
