場所が市場に近くで便利。有名なバインミー屋さんも近いです。

The room was clean, spacious, and nice. The TV was not stable. The shower head came off. There was a deep discount, but I think the discounted price was worth it.

4泊しました。 旧市街に位置していて散策するのに最適な立地です。 またスタッフはフレンドリーで気持ちの良い接客です。 朝食のバリエーションが乏しいのが少し残念でした。小規模なホテルなので仕方ないのかもしれませんが。

Excellent hotel !

チェックインのときの女性スタッフがとても良かった。 ランクアップをするのをまよっていたら、部屋を見せてくれて考えさせてくれた。 ハノイは3回目だったが周辺のレストランなども勧めてくれて、有名な美味しいフォーが食べられた。帰国便が早朝だったので、指定された時間にフロントに行ったのに真っ暗でスタッフが寝ていた。前回泊まった同じレベルのミニホテルはきちんと待っていてくれたので、少し残念。

到着後にウェルカムフルーツサービスがあったのは嬉しい。 夜、遅かったので先にチェックインしたかったのですけどね。 旧市街の中にあるのでスーツケースを持っては歩きにくい。 すぐ近くにナイトマーケットや飲食店が多くて便利です。

Das Hotel sieht in keinster Weise aus wie auf den Bildern. Überall laufen Kakerlakenrum, das Zimmer war voller Schimmel und ein unangenehmer Schimmel-Geruch befand sich im Raum. Zudem hatte das Zimmer eine komplett veraltete Einrichtung und „internal window“ bedeutet wohl eine Wand 2cm vor dem Fenster mit 0% Frischluft.

The place is nothing like the pictures, it was like that maybe 10 years ago but now everything is very old. There are tiny cockroaches in the room, killed 8 of them during my 2/3 nights stay. I checked out earlier and went to another place after finding one of the cockroaches running across the bed. There is mould in the bathroom also. Fridge sounds a lot so hard to sleep in the room. Like mentioned before, everything is old. There has been an attempt to renovate some part but its done by someone without experience. Informed the desk that u wanted to change room after few hours after check-in, night shift said they did not have room available rights now but would talk with manager next morning. When I checked out both the day shift and manager said they had not been informed. Manager tried to make up by giving another room but I found bug killing sprays on each floor so there was no point to change room in my opinion. Manager then said they wanted to pay for the taxi to the airport which was nice but I declined. The cockroaches were too much, everything else was kinda acceptable based on the price of the room, 55 dollar a night.

The place was not as done up as it looked in the photos, the breakfast buffet comprised of low budget food, hair in my shower when I arrived.

Considering this wasn’t one of the cheapest hotels & reading past reviews we thought we would book here for our very quick 48 hours. It was very underwhelming & to be honest not as expected. The hotel arranged airport pick up for us, we were dumped on the side of the road & weren’t sure exactly where the entrance was. We climbed over a number of scooters to get to the front door, there were no gaps. We arrived at 9am, due to it being early we asked if we could get changed, leave our bags and head out. We were told to use a tiny & very dirty toilet which just about had enough room to stand up in, no room for changing. My sister then couldn’t get out of the toilet as the laundry man had come & there were towels all over the floor blocking her in. We got back to the hotel later that evening we presumed our bags would have been taken to the room, they were sat in front of the toilet door. We carried them ourselves to the room. The room itself is “fine” the doors do not fit so there is about an inch gap so you can hear every bit of noise from outside, and that is a lot. The balcony itself was beautiful with wonderful views. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was ok, however there was no hot water for any of our showers, it was freezing. Breakfast you pre order the night before with a time slot, not much choice and only room for 6 people. Staff very young & speak little English. If you can afford to pay more & stay elsewhere I would. A case of you get what you pay for here.

Güleryüzlü personel , old quarter merkezinde bir otel , kahvaltı yeterli değil .. ama dışarda yemek yeme zaten daha tercih edilebilir

작은 방은 창문이 복도로 나와 있어서 환기가 되질 않아요. 사진에는 창문이 있는데 실제로는 없답니다. 그래도 방에서 자고 씻는게 목적이면 불편하진 않아요. 직원분들은 정말 너무너무너무너무 친절합니다. 이번이 두번째 방문일 정도로 1년동안 너무 그리웠어요.

Nice clean hotel right in the middle of it all. 5 minute walk to the walking street. Just around the corner from the lively Beer Street but far enough away not to be disturbed. Staff very friendly and helpfull and free breakfast had enough choice to keep us all happy. Balcony more of a standing area than a sit and relax area and looked directly into the room across the way but we didnt use it anyway.

Rummet motsvarade inte beskrivningen och fotona. Det var först och främst mycket mindre än vad som hade angetts. Det är slarvigt renoverat med målarfärg på dörrkarmar och golv. Stol och skrivbord saknades. Kylskåp fanns, urkopplat och inte fylld med något (minibar). Sängbelysning saknades och endast en taklampa fanns. På morgonen fanns det inget varmvatten när man skulle duscha och golvbrunnen var igentäppt vilket orsakade att hela badrumsgolvet blev en stor vattenpöl (med iskallt vatten). Förvaring av lakan och handdukar skedde i hotellkorridoren, och du möttes av ett berg smutstvätt och sopor på bottenvåningen vid hiss och trappa. Som tur var stannade vi endast en natt på detta hotell, detta hade verkligen inte funkat någon längre vistelse. Vi accepterade endast detta för att vi anlände sent och skulle iväg tidigt och ville sova.

Behjälplig personal, god frukost och toppen läge. Slutna rum med mögel, väldigt lyhört och mycket ljud från hissen.
