I spent 3 night here and enjoyed my stay. The owners speak great English and were very helpful. They are located across the street from the beach and it is a short walk. They are located off the main road with tourist shops, spas, restaurants and it is easy to walk. The city was putting in new sidewalks while I was there and when they are finished it will be even nicer. here was a fridge in my room. The restaurant is good food and you get a discount.

작지만 조용하고 깔끔한 그리고 친절한 호텔 장점. -호텔의 주인부부가 친절하다. -객실 청결도가 좋다. -식당,마트,마사지샵이 함께 있다 -조용한곳에 위치해 있다.(서핑을 위한 고객에게는 위치가 매우 좋다.) -호텔 옆 식당과 마사지숍에서 적절한 할인을 받을수 있다. (20-30% 할인) 단점. -수압이 매우 약하다. -일반 관광여행자에게는 위치가 좋은편이 아니다. (오토바이 렌트 없이는 각종 맛집,식당,신투어,풍짱오피스 등등 렌트없이는 너무 불편한 먼 거리에 있다.) "호텔 사무실에 직원이 상주하지 않기 때문에 한국 여행자 분들은 당황하지 마시고, 호텔 바로 옆 테라스식당 안으로 들어가셔서 체크인 또는 체크아웃 하시면 됩니다." "또한, 영어능숙자 분들은 호텔주인 부부의 친절한 안내와 도움을 받을수 있을거라 확신합니다"

We had a very relaxing stay at the Herbal Hotel and Spa. The room was light, spacious, comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the restaurant which we thought was the best in the area. Highly recommended!

It was very clean and peaceful area. Compared to the price, I am more than satisfied with room condition and service. All of the staffs are kind and very helpful. some of them are not good at English, but it can't be problem. A lady was very good at speaking English and the owner also. 가격대비, 굉장히 깨끗하고 조용한 곳입니다. 편히 쉴 수 있고, 가장 걱정했던 청결도 부분에서는 너무 만족 스럽습니다. 다른 리조트들과 비교했을때, 오히려 이곳이 더 깨끗하고 관리가 잘되었다고 느껴질 정도에요.

Individual bungalows, in a lovely setting. Walk up a lane straight to you your quite, large balcony home. Kitchen sink, fridge (cold) wifi, ensuite, wardrobe air con, fan, no fuss place to stay, central to food, shopping, resorts, 5 min walk to beach. Our bus to nha trang was delayed but a few hours, management came and gave us a bungalow to wait in.

Clean, comfortable, affordable accommodation in a quiet setting. It's just across the street from the beach and near the busy road but set back in a lovely garden that's very peaceful. The grounds are meticulous and attractive. The room is simple but spotless with good wifi and air con. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed two great meals at the adjacent Terrace Restaurant. Great Value! Highly recommended.

Stedet var super godt, det var hyggeligt og personalet var super søde på den ikke påtrængende måde! Stedet er super godt til prisen.

Через дорогу от пляжных отелей, почти напротив пятерки Anantara и пегасовского Dessole (одного из немногих в Муйне с системой все включено), рядом есть всё - магазины, кафе на любой вкус и кошелек, аптеки и т.д. Сам отель бунгального типа, одноэтажные корпуса, вход в номер с улицы. Чисто всё - полы, санузел с душем, постельное белье, полотенца. Есть тв, сейф, чайник и кружки, холодильник маленький, кондер и вентилятор. Хороший Wifi. Из гигиенических средств - зубная щетка с пастой, шампунь и кондиционер в одноразовых пакетиках, мыло. На ресепшн приветливая девушка, помогла с трансфером до Далата.

Looking for a budget accommodation? Look no further. The good experience starts with very, very nice, helpful owners, both speaking fluent English (rarity, Mui Ne is Russian dominated). The Herbal hotel is small, well cared for, quiet, very clean. I wasn’t thrilled with very firm beds and the Internet could be better (appears to be common problem in Vietnam).

Coming from Phu Thuy, the Herbal Spa is located near the beginning of the touristy street, with plenty of restaurants, local convenient stores and souvenir shops. 5 min walk from the beach. The rooms are bright and modern looking. Every room has a small balcony which is a great place to hang out. The owners are polite and welcoming and do speak English. They can organize transfers, but the drivers cannot speak one word of English, which makes the communication with them very difficult. I would give it 4-5 stars, but... Firstly, we rented some scooters through the hotel and were told that we can drive them to the sand dunes without any problems. In reality we were pulled over by the police and my friend and I were asked for a bribe of 500k or else they would confiscate our driver licenses and the scooters. The police in this country is obviously deeply corrupt and this insident might not have anything to do with the hotel, but I think they sould have worned us and not encouraged us to just rent and drive. Renting fee was paid in cash with no paperwork names or insurance - that makes the whole thing a bit sketchy. Secondly, I found a huge cocroach in my room, which was not a pleasant experience. And thirdly, the wifi was more or less useless - very slow and unstable. Other than that, a nice place!

Everything is aweful, exept their restaurant. No hot water for shower, no emergency aid when we got injured, and the massage lady fell asleep during the service. And the worst part is the attitude of the host.
