部屋が一階のボイラー室の隣でうるさく、しかもシャンプーが備えてなかったので、ガイドに言ったらすぐに取り付けてくれたけど正規の容器がなかったみたいで別の容器に入れて輪ゴムでぶら下げてくれたのには笑えた！ 部屋もバスルームも安宿の雰囲気だった。 でもガイドはとても親切でカヌーを一人で漕ぐのはしんどいので頼んだら一緒に漕いでくれて日本語の歌も歌ってくれて楽しい時間を過ごせた(o^^o)御飯は毎回大量の美味しい料理だった！天気は悪かったけど充実したクルーズだった！

スタッフは大変親切で、ハノイからの無料シャトルが付いており、大変お得です。しかし舟が古くトイレシャワーなど、綺麗ではない。食事はおいしくい頂きました。観光、鍾乳洞　カヤック　海水浴などセットになっており、シャワーの水も使っていると冷たくなってしまい、困りました。

船は古いですが掃除が行き届いていて快適でした。老齢の両親との宿泊でしたが、ガイド・乗客が英語で言葉が通じなくても皆さんに気遣いして頂いて大変ありがたく思いました。コンセントがねじ込まないとさせないのが驚きました(笑)楽しい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

他のクルーズ船はハノイまでの送迎が有料ですが、このクルーズは無料でした。宿泊2週間前くらいにピックアップ場所はどこですか？とメールが来ます。ハノイの滞在ホテルを知らせると、ピックアップ時間を教えてくれました。（ちゃんと時間通りにお迎えが来ました） 2階のダブルの部屋にはバルコニーがついています。部屋は狭いですが、ほぼ寝るだけなので問題なし。電力の問題でエアコンが夕食後〜朝食前しか稼働しないので、夏は暑くてそれ以外の時間は部屋にいられません。 説明はすべて英語ですが、半分くらい理解できなくてもなんとかなりました。 小さな船で乗船人数が少ないので、参加者とはけっこうすぐに仲良くなれます。夜のイカ釣りが意外と盛り上がり、楽しかったです。

Excellente croisière..... Le seul hic a été qu'Expédia nous a réservé et confirmé une croisière qui n'avait pas lieu pour le jour prévu !!! Nous ne ferons plus appel à vos services... Heureusement que l'établissement nous a proposé une croisière disponible pour le jour d'après...

It was great and we were upgraded for free. The food, te staff, the room, the boat, the bar and the environment was great!

Awesome trip in Halong bay! Guide and other staff was realy nice and hospitality! I like! And I also recommend that for everyone!

Au départ le chauffeur nous annoncé que ce n'est pas la croisiere que nous avions payé mais que nous sommes surclassé sur un plus beau bateau et nous demande de ne pas en parler aux autres voyageurs !!! Ça démarre plutôt mal, le trajet en bus est interminable et le bus est très vieux et surtout très inconfortable. On arrive à l'embarcadère et des dizaines de bus sont présents, il y a du monde partout. On attend encore et on fini par partir. Le déjeuner sur le bateau est servi à l'assiette mais le repas n'est pas bon : fade, sans saveur et en très faible quantité et les boissons sont en supplément (même l'eau). La chambre est sympa et le bateau bien décoré. Première escale sur un îlot d'où l'on grimpe les uns derrière les autres un escalier pour voir un point de vue... Excursion horrible avec énormément de monde. Puis kayak de mer et baignade, plutôt sympa. Le soir dîner moyen mais soirée agréable sur le toit terrasse. Petit déjeuner moyen et déjeuner de meilleure qualité. Ballade au milieu de la baie avec musique typique ce qui nous plonge dans une ambiance sympa. La fin de la croisière nous fait oublier le premier jour.

We stayed on board one night and then in a lovely bungalow at Catba Sandy Beach Resort the second. The staff, food? And service were wonderful both nights. The boat however, was due to be retired. I should add that there are many others in this condition. Look closelywhen you book.

Good value with transportation provided from old quarter. Room is small but comfortable.

우썬 한꾹 싸람들 가실거면 영어는 알고 가세요 ㅋㅋㅋ 기본쩍으로 다 영어 사용합니다. 모르면 답답할수 있습니다. 우썬 가이들를 잘만나야지 잘챙겨줍니다. 가이드한테 음료수 라던지 주면서 친해지는게 좋겠죠 물론 가이드도 영어만 사용합니다. 짜증나는게 방송이 잘안되서 케이브를 못뽰다는꺼 대체적으로 친절 합니다. 에어컨 있궁 미니바 있공 샤워시설 따듯한물 나오긴 하는데 옷장에 곰팡이 있어서 냄새가 ㅡㅡ;; 다른 크루즈 는 모륵겠는데 쩐 쏠직히 한번타보는꺼 빼꼬는 삐추 입니다. very so kind staff and guide good cruise

Free transfer from Hanoi to Halong, good bus driver, but seats were hard and not that comfortable for a 4 hour journey. Tour guide was great and followed us through from Hanoi to Halong and back to Hanoi. Very friendly and helpful. Great experience for the cruise, no wifi though, and it was hot and air-condition can only be on at night for sleeping, but we were mostly out of the room. Even then our room had a private balcony which had a nice view of the bay. We had a nice evening for squid fishing where you can really see the squids, fishes jellyfishes swimming right below you. The program they had for us for the 2 day 1 night was just nice and flexible.

Nice experience with the majestic place Halong Bay

Can't compare this cruise to other Halong Bay cruises, but experience for us was subpar (especially given the price). The bus journey was not comfortable and the whole thing felt very rushed, with restricting times for meals (e.g. breakfast at 6.45 - 7.30). When we challlenged the bill in the end (were overcharged for coffee / drinks by 50%), the staff got very aggressive. If this is the norm at Halongn Bay, I'd say skip it all together, if not, then try another cruise.

This ship was newer & cleaner than others that I saw at Halong Bay. It has only 9 cabins so you get personal attention & the included meals very quite good. Vinh the guide was excellent too

Very disappointed with our stay here. As soon as we checked in to our room, it was obvious they'd switched the boat without telling us. I specifically booked a boat with a separate shower but the boat we stayed on had the toilet and shower combined. Furthermore, my friends and i all found cockroaches in our rooms. I asked the manager about this and he confirmed they switched the boat. He then went on to explain that it's only 1 night so it shouldn't be a big deal. As for the cockroaches, he explained that it's just the season and not due to cleanliness. I live in Vietnam, however, and so long as I clean my house thoroughly every week, I don't get cockroaches. I'm certain it's because they don't clean thoroughly enough; the washrooms were filthy and smelled like sewage. I would avoid booking through this company. It seems, according to the other reviews, if you get a good boat you'll have a great time. But if they switch the boat without telling you, youll be stuck with dirty rooms and cockroaches.. And they wont acknowledge a legitimate complaint or try to rectify it in any way. I understand this a midrange boat so I adjusted my expectations. I was not expecting a fabulous and fancy room. I only expected to receive what I paid for and I did not.

Bateau un peu vétuste extérieurement mais prestation de qualité : navigation tanquille quasi solitaire, stop de nuit très calme + repas très copieux, très bien cuisinés et variés. Personnel serviable même si l'expression en anglais courant du guide posait quelques problèmes de compréhension. un séjour qui a pleinement repondu à nos attentes. Très bon rapport qualité /prix.

Can't believe it's so great. We were amazed when we opened our room.it's clean, beautiful and it's surprisingly the best accommodation we lived in Vietnam. The staff care about everyone, they are polite and professional. Kayaking is funny and the Halong bay is so so beautiful....also,the food is delicious. Wish we could stay more nights! It gave us the best romantic memory in Vietnam during our first travel, thanks to the company so much.

We wanted to spend a night on Halong Bay. Honestly, there are so many cruise options we simply chose randomly. We weren't disappointed. The Bay is magnificent and the boat took us to all the highlights. I didn't have super-high expectations of the boat itself so I found it very adequate. Our tour guide was terrific. Also, and this is a big plus, we were picked up and dropped off from our hotel in Hanoi. The staff on the boat itself left a bit to be desired. The cabin and bathroom was small but clean and comfortable.
