It was important to understand well in advance that this is a condotel and a vacation-rental in advance your stay. As Landmark 81 has a large site where a lot of buildings exist, I did not understand in advance what facilities I was booking within it. When I checked in, to my surprise there was a guest in the room who was viewing it, and this continued after I entered the room. Also, 10 minutes before check-out, the cleaners persistently knocked on my room and urged me to leave, even though it was still before time. Although the room was clean, it was filled with a distinctive cleanser smell and I had to constantly turn the exhaust fan. Despite the fact that the residence is staffed by receptions, she refused to take my luggage for even just 30 minutes after check-out. For the same budget, I would have to consider a different hotel next time. However, I would like to thank Ms. Ngoc for her kind and courteous assistance with my stay. Thanks to you we were able to reach our room without getting lost.

Overall, it was a good stay. Most annoying part is the resident card they give you will not allow you to access the building itself, have to wait for a resident or staff to open it. The front desk staff at Vinhomes are a separate entity from the building you’re staying at so they won’t open the door for you which is annoying

Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Die Bilder bei der Buchung sind nicht identisch mit dem erhaltenen Apartment. Die DepositBox/Tresor war nicht vorhanden. Klimaanlage ohne Funktion. Check-In Prozess war schwierig und dauerte lang. Kaution von 1.000.000 Dong nicht zurück erhalten!!!

I recently stayed at Landmark 81 Unique Condotel, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon checking in, I discovered that the bed sheets, pillows, and blanket had not been changed. There were visible dirty marks on them, and the smell was absolutely unpleasant — clear signs that they had been previously used. To make matters worse, there were no staff available to replace the sheets until 9 a.m. the next day, forcing us to spend the night sleeping on the sofa. When I raised the issue with the staff the following morning, I was met with unprofessional behavior — the server insisted the sheets were "just fine" and claimed we were making a big deal out of it. Adding to the frustration, I later learned that room service for cleaning and bed changes is only available if you stay for at least three days. For a property that claims to be a top-tier hotel or apartment, this is extremely disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and unprofessional service made this stay one of the worst I've experienced. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

Communication with management and the service are very poor. The management provides little bathroom tissues for 6 people to use. We ran out of bathroom tissues and asked for more and the management said yes, but did not bring bathroom tissues. We ended up going to grocery store to buy more bathroom tissues. The management also took about 1 hour to respond to us. We will never rent rooms from this management again.

DON’T Book here. Hard to believe the fake reviews . It is nothing like the pictures, paid for a Deluxe Room with King Bed, dining room, shows pools etc. Angia hospitality the worse, zero communication. No glasses no silverware , not even a roll of paper towels. Big sign by elevator, against the law to rent short time. Angia has person wait in lobby to use fingerprint scan each time you want to enter the elevator area. Married to a Vietnam woman, I understand expectations. This place fails in all counts !
