ハノイ鉄道駅の入り口の反対側にある。入り組んだ路地にあるが、それほどわかりづらくはない。観光地が近くないので、ローカルな雰囲気が好きな人、あるいは鉄道移動の前後の人には良いと思う。部屋は清潔でシャワーの温水もちゃんと出る。残念ながら、私が利用した時は屋上のバーはクローズとのこと。次に来たときはぜひ、街を見下ろすバーでお酒を飲みたい。

Several different issues, room was occupied when we arrived, had to wait for another, bathroom sink was leaking, not very clean , cheap towels, etc……

I loved my time there up til the end, I was greeted with open arms but required $$. I kept my room clean and had my room serviced once. My issue was i was to be supplied with free water each day and when no water arrived i drank fmthe water from mini bar. I explained this but was charged on check out. No hot water, poor location and i wouldn't stay there again

Nice place, very clean and quiet.

The front desk staff were kind. Good area about a 20 minute walk from most spots we wanted to go to but not a problem. Area filled with locals so don’t be shocked if they give you strange looks or stare. For two 19 year olds this room was fantastic.

Staff are brilliant, very close to train street only 10 mins walk away brilliant local food spots

I was welcomed by the person on reception, they should not have been more welcoming and And all necessary information was offered to me. Very happy to be in Hoi An.

I’ve been there 5 nights. No one came in my room to do anything. That does not bother me personally. Some might be bothered though. VIP studio apartment. Staff are awesome. Kitchen amenities are on the grading floor, fyi.

The balcony was dirty as was the outside furniture. The patio door glass was shattered. There was no rooftop bar or bar of any description as shown in photographs. Room water was not replaced. Towels have to be changed by taking dirty ones to reception for exchange. Room ok. Bedding melted at edge at some point. Position ok and locals very friendly. Staff ok but difficulty with language barrier.

The name of the hotel is very misleading, "Lighthouse Rooftop & Bar" does not actually have a rooftop bar. This was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel and we were very disappointed when the receptionist told us it was no longer open and looked like it had been closed for a while. The hotel is clean enough and the rooms are a good size, a little bit run down and very noisy. My husband and I didn't end up staying here due to the fact it did not have the rooftop as advertised and it was so noisy from the room, it sounded like we had our windows open when they were firmly shut. The receptionist was nice and understanding but when we told her we wanted a refund due to the fact that the hotel is misrepresented, she refused as we had paid upfront. I was very disappointed as the hotel was not as advertised, it also looked as if it is slowly being converted into an office building, lots of desks and storage facilities.

AC brilliant and a comfortanle place to stay, in the midst of the real city.

Great 2 night stay, very clean room with cool AC. Short walk to the stand to catch the Airport bus. Plenty of dining options around. Very central location.

The staff is very nice and helpful, the room is clean and the location is quiet, some minutes to walk to the old town. I like it.
