ホテルは清潔でしたが、ダブルルームを予約したのに、ホテルに着いたときにはシングルルームしかありませんでした。

Sudah menginap dua kali. Kamar bersih, petugas ramah. Sangat memuaskan.

Trải nghiệm tuyệt vời! Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thái độ và cách phục vụ của quản lý và nhân viên vô cùng thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Khách sạn 2 sao nhưng phục vụ 5 sao. Rất đáng để trải nghiệm.

Easy to check in! However it was difficult to find any foods.

This hotel committed the worst sin possible.. when I arrived, for a pre-paid online reservation, they told me that there was no room available. However, once I understood their dilemma (a large group of 50 big shot Vietnamese businessmen were on their way - and they wanted all 25 rooms at the hotel. They would be arriving at midnight and very noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep before my early morning flight out of the country), I was able to cooperate. They bent over backwards to ensure my happiness, by providing an equivalent room in another hotel (also near the airport), ride to the other hotel and a free shuttle to the airport early the next morning. They were kind and professional throughout, and I had a good night's sleep before my flight, for which the shuttle driver showed up right on time, just as promised. Thanks Vietnam!

Although the hotel is new, it is very well managed. The staff is very well trained, courteous, friendly, helpful. At check-in, I was received with a drink and a briefing on not just the hotel facilities but also useful information such as reasonable taxi fare to pay to avoid scam, places of interest, halong bay , sapa trip and etc. The room is nicely designed with comfortable bed, reading lights, a reasonable size TV and free wifi. The breakfast has a good variety of local selections. I would definitely come back on my next trip to Hanoi.
