ラグジュアリー ホテル

旧市街の奥まった路地にあるホテルです。旅行者の方が人種問わず宿泊していました。フロントの人も普通で対応もよく、料金のわりに部屋もキレイでした。

奥まったところにありホテルを見つけるのが非常に難しい。ホテルはきれいではないが部屋は見た目はそこそこ。朝食は男性一人でオーダーを聞いてから作るが、メニューに載っている物はほとんど無い。 翌日チェックアウトした後、異常に痒いのでよく見たら服を着ていない露出した手足のい70箇所以上、虫（ダニ？）に咬まれていた。その後4～5日、かゆみに苦しみました。 お値段も踏まえて、まったくお勧め出来ません。近所のバックパッカー用の宿の方が価格を考えればマシかも。

スタッフは、すばらしく、親切です。部屋も綺麗。ただ、わたしの部屋は、お湯の出が、いまいちでした。寒い時期だと（;￣O￣）風邪ひくかもです。その辺は、気をつけて下さい。

観光にはホアンキエムの中心範囲内である。 ホテルスタッフは少人数ですが、宿泊には不便を感じません。 セキュリティボックスがないので心配しましたが、ﾊﾉｲは比較的安全なので自分がしっかり注意していれば大丈夫でした。 温水が豊富に使えたところも良かった。 朝食のミンサオボーは美味しいと思いました。 宿泊料を考えれば妥当でしょう。 現在、道路の反対側でビルを建てている最中でした。しかし、夜は工事をしていないので静かでした。 工事は6か月は続くだろうと思うが問題は無いでしょう。

Personnel vraiment aidant, bienveillant et sympathique. 🙏 L’hôtel est vieux et désuet. C’est dommage!

place is somewhat hidden ,but is safe.very clean.staff was very friendly and helpfull in giving info as far as tours were concerned.. and helped in arranging tours. was picked up at hotels doors for all tours.Do recommend this hotel

Very nice & clean room. The staffs are friendly and helpful with tours. Great location in the Old Quarter, east walking distance to shops, restaurants & the nightmarket. Would totally recommend it!

We got a free upgrade to a family room because they had run out of the smaller rooms that we booked. The room was big and nice and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit old and tired and needs updating (soap dispenser falling off the wall, and shower holder doesn't point the shower at you properly, so have to hold it). Still, not a bad place if you get a decent rate.

Virkelig venligt og hjælpende personale og hotellet ligger i det gamle kvarter tæt på lækre madsteder. Værelset var lidt slidt, men rent og med fungerende AC. Perfekt til to overnatninger.

In The City Center of Hanoi. You can resch a lot of sights in leas minutes. The staff is Really friendly. Roms Are very clean and calm

店員大部分都會講英文，有任何問題都可以詢問櫃檯，服務特好，已經向要去河內的朋友強力推薦了。 早餐選擇多，簡單好吃。

Stayed 3 nights, one room was very larger with a good bathroom, but the other room had a shower on the wall which wet the toilet etc when it was used.

Friendly staff and well run. we missed two of the three nights booked due to our visa but the hotel was obliging and let us stay three nights from arrival, which they did not have to do. We found multiple cockroaches in our room on the first night and the bathroom floods as there is no seal between the bath and the wall. We also found it odd the key must be given to reception when leaving the hotel at any time. Mixed experience but comfortable room.

시내에서 가깝고 여러 가지 하노이를 보고 느끼기에 너무 좋아요 시설도 좋고 직원이 친절하고 영어도 잘 해요 주변에 돌아 다이기도 정말 편리하고 좋아요 강추합니다

It's no wonder that this hotel has had numerous Tripadvisor excellence awards, an incredible value hotel the price of a packet of cigarettes in most European countries. Central location, clean room, lift WIFI, friendly English speaking staff, and everything you could want. This was good, as others staying at this hotel will find out.

가격은 적정이지만 샤위시설 때문에 불편함이 있음. 수압이 낮아서 목욕하는데 불편함 전등이 환하지않은편 그런대로 지낼만함. 직원이 피곤하게 여행사같은거 권해서 짜증났고 호텔이 조금 후미진골목에있음. 그래도 이동하는데누 불편이없음

This is my second time staying at Luxury Hotel for the following reasons: 1) It is in a quiet neighborhood (located away from the main road); it's in a side street 2) customer service - the staff was very helpful and friendly; they speak english 3) the rooms are clean - room service everyday 4) amenities comes with good wi-fi; rooms also have a desk, cable tv, 5) room has a window with view (rooms are bright, unlike some hotels that you pay with same price that has no windows!!) 6) reasonable price for a nice spacious room 7) It is also conveniently located near many restaurants,convenience stores and shopping places ; near the cathedral
