非常にリーズナブルに、個室を確保できる点は評価したい。ただ、受付との意思疎通が言語的（英語が通じない）に難しいのはさておき、宿泊者の予約を把握できていないことにはさすがに問題を感じる。また、シャワーはお湯がでない。当方の操作に問題があったのかはわからないが、夜間は気温のやや涼しさもあって、水だけで体を洗うのはさすがにつらい。クーラーはよく効いた。

私たちには満足のいくものでした。荷物も遅くまで預けることができ、便利な所に位置し充実してました。強いて言えば、潔癖症の日本人はたぶん、小さな虫やシャンプーなどのアメニティーサービスなどでナイーブになるかもしれません。でも私たちはとても満足しています。

連休中の繁忙期ながら、どうしてもニャチャンに宿泊する必要があったため滞在。空室があったのとロケーションの良さから宿泊しました。 不便さはありませんが、快適という感じでもありません。

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, one being a King-bed and the other twin beds. One room was fine. The other, we were given a twin room with 2 queen beds and the person told us that we can only use ONE bed and not touch the other !!! We did not want to make a fuss and find this really ridiculous. Hope Hotels.com can take this up with the proprietor and allocate suitable rooms for all guests in the future. Really disappointed.

분명 표기가 5인으로 되어있었고 숙박을 안할거라 침대갯수 상관없는데 굳이 추가요금내고 5인침대로 가게했어요..저희얘긴 들을 생각이없더군요 융통성 제로

No follow up, did not have room available even when booked well in advance, shuttled to substandard hotel. Booked an paid limo only to be waylaid and demanded more money to final destination.

On my arrival, the staff sent me to stay in another hotel without any prior information.

Very nice clean and new hotel close to restaurants/markets and lake.. staff where very helpful to all our requests and breakfast had a great range.. would come back..

The room was very clean, the staff was helpful and the hotel was situated 10 minutes walk from the beach.

우선 뗏기간이라 원하는 숙소가 다 풀북이라 기간에 예약 가능한것중에 골랐지만 이용후기도 거의 없고 너무 저렴해서 도착하는날까지 걱정했었다. 우리는 패밀리룸을 예약했는데 엄청 걱정했던것보다는 그냥 우리나라 보통 모텔정도의 컨디션이었기에 그럭저럭 괜찮게 지냈는데.. 마지막날 체크아웃전 쇼핑을하고 짐을 싸러 다시 들어가는데 부르더니 베겟잎을 보여주면서 염색머리의 색깔이 베게에 뭍었으니 배상을 하라고 하는데.. 우리 가족중 그 누구도 염색된 머리가 없었음에도 불구하고 머무는 동안 우리방에서 나온 베겟잎이라며 돈을 요구해서 황당했음. 얼마 안되는 돈이기에 그냥 팁으로 생각하고 주기는 했지만 너무너무 불쾌한 기분이었음. 방으로 다시와서 확인해봤지만 베게와 첫날부터 있던 시트의 동일 위치의 같은 얼룩으로 보아 머무는 4박 동안 한번도 교체해주지 않고 정리정돈만 해준듯. 그외에는 카운터 직원은 영어로 대화도 가능하고 원하는 식당 예약도 해주고 친절해서 좋았으며, 냐짱센터와 비치가 가까워서 걸어서도 가능한 위치의 접근성은 최고였음. 가성비에 비해서 괜찮은 컨디션이었지만 마지막날의 일때문에 다시 방문은 생각해봐야할듯.

Vennlig personale som var behjelpelig med det meste, ordnet taxi, fortalte hvor vi kunne gå og vi fikk lov til å oppbevare bagasjen vår hele dagen etter utsjekking. Vi fikk mere en hva vi forventet.

Hotel is new and nice enough but there is a lot of noisy construction going on around it. Staff were not able to speak as much English as we have seen in other places in Vietnam but they tried to be helpful.

非常普通的HOSTEL,RECEPTION的入住名單竟然無我的名字,那個男士不會英文,打電話聯絡會說英文的女人,之後查到我的資料了....房間有螞蟻,廁所的配備比較簡陋....水壓超差,洗了一個很差的澡... CHECK OUT時,竟找不到我的PASSPORT,又浪費了一點時間.....不會再入住

When we arrived the hotel looked very nice and the room was very clean and modern so we were happy. Unfortunately we soon noticed the bed was very uncomfortable, and we had the room next door to ours start construction work at 2am!!! It was so loud and woke up me and my partner and we had to tell them to stop. I understand that the hotel is still new but no guest should wake up to super loud construction in the room next door at 2am. I was then awake for 2 hours. Overall if you want to know you’re going to sleep comfortably I would book somewhere else, we were really let down. We then also woke up to realize the shower was very cold. I think the place has potential but a lot of work still needs to be finished.

Hotel in great location within easy walking distance to aeon city mart, restaurants and easy access to the beach. Helpful front desk staff with smiling face.Generally, the hotel service was good and clean. I will come back.

The hotel is super clean with friendly staff and very accommodating. It is worth the money. WiFi service very fast and reliable. Strongly recommended.

Wonderful staff, recently opened mid September, everything new, clean, tidy. No complaints from myself. 3 min walk to the beach.
