Grabの設定や、おすすめのレストランやカフェなど、スマホの地図への登録などしていただきありがたかったです。
賑やかな地域にありますが、静かなお部屋をリクエストしたので快適に過ごすことがでかきました。

Very convenient location in the old quarter. Clean, comfortable with great service from the cleaners, reception desk and doormen. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Great rooftop pool and spa (massage) was excellent and very well priced. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Ideal location in the heart of Hanoi. Street access closes on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights so if arriving in the evening you have a bit of a walk with suitcase through the crowds. Recently great location to see the nightlife. Loved the place and staff just super excellent.

Loved this hotel! Wanted to try something different in a central location and May De Ville delivered.
It’s not for you if you like quiet places. This place is full of life and action and delicious street food. Perfect for beer lovers. Lots of spas, shopping and eating around.

A nice little hotel with extremely nice and helpful staff. Room wasn’t the biggest but had plenty of storage. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with a big selection. It is located right in the centre of all the bars and nightlife in the old quarter but we didn’t hear any of it from our room.

Very friendly staff! The spa offers many services and despite a small miscommunication about my reservation my massage was very nice. The location is in a busy section of the city and nightlife can be noisy, but it is also very convenient for shopping, restaurants & coffee shops in the area. The rooftop bar has both an air-conditioned room and outdoor seating with a nice view of the city.

The amazing friendliness of the staff helped provide a homely feel. Nikki was so knowlegable about trips and where to go. Sophia ran a efficient ship in terms if managing the team. I must say, the breakfsast was one of the best having traveleled and stayed in 6 different hotels thisbtrip. Well done

We had an amazing stay at the hotel and would highly recommend to anyone. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the pool and rooftop bar was amazing. In a great location in the old quarter, walking distance from lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Would definitely return if had the chance.

Nice Hotel, Great for food. Plenty of Shopping close by, fantastic roof top bar, staff were excellent.
All hotel staff were helpful & friendly. Big shoutout to Erin who helped us with info, directions & who spoke & understood English which made things so much easier.
I would recommend this hotel
