残念ながらリピートはしない。 1、カビ臭い ２、wifiが弱い ３、朝食が良くない、不便；ドアに毎朝置かれるスタイル。大きなチャイムで強制的に呼ばれる（スマートではない） ４、部屋のリフレッシュが頼まない；電話で都度依頼するなど不便さを放置してあり、改善していない ５、部屋のブレーカーを自分で管理する、鍵は開閉がスマートではない ６、grabで住所表示されないため、初めてたどり着くには不便；近くのショッピングモール?、まで来た、そこからの徒歩を推奨します。間違ったところに着いたら、自己責任で。慎重なアプローチを。 ７、フロントは横柄な対応するので、怒らないように（つまりは期待しないことが良いでしょう）

This hotel is a scam place. We booked a trip to Hanoi via Expedia on March 19, 2026. We planned to stay there for two days. However, the place was faulty in its advertising. The smell was so bad, like it was old and moldy. We entered the room for just 5 minutes and we left. We had to book a different hotel due to the fact that the hotel is not in good condition to serve customers. I reported this problem to the front desk staff, stating that the pictures in their advertising on Expedia included a washer and dryer, but there were none in our room. We called Expedia to report this problem, but Expedia did not do anything to prevent this scam. Despite this, they let them charge us the full amount even though we did not stay. We are really disappointed that Expedia did not have the power to do anything to protect their customers from the scam. We will never use Expedia to book any of our further trips. We also want to alert everyone about this hotel. I hope Expedia can do something to prevent further damage to their customers, to prevent the scam, and to protect their customers, as this can happen to anyone. I hope Expedia can remove this hotel from your website because it is not a hotel in good condition to serve your customers.

It is located at isolated place and its neighboring shopping mall is also dying.
