my first day stay at room603 is a terrible place,it’s not suitable for stay , TV and phone not work, window can’t lock ,toilet door can’t close,shower door have a inch big gaps ,water flow out when take shower , furniture are old and broken,we try to change another room, staff tell us all rooms are full . change room will be next day afternoon. At last ,staffs are nice, Hotel too old , not recommended this

I highly recommend staying here, from the welcome email from Tommy the wonderful manager, to our 2 day stay in our large room. The junior suite facing the street has a great view. The lake is about 10 min walk and bunch of restaurants and coffee shops are easily in walking distance.

The staff was top notch! Really nice people. The property is showing it's age a bit, but other than it was great.

This hotel is in the old quarter with beer street, cafes, shops all around but is surprisingly quiet. We liked the deluxe room at the back but superior rooms are at the front and have a street ciew. The rooms ate very well equipped and have a good sized shower. Tommy gave us a wonderful welcome and there's delicious cinnamon tea and fruit available at reception all day. Tommy cares about his customers and will give you lots of help and advice. They even have umbrellas to borrow!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room looked just like in the pictures and we received a very warm welcome by Tommy, the hotel manager. The location of the hotel is great for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi, it’s close to a bus stop to/from the airport and you can reach destinations like the Water Puppet Theater and Hoan Kiem lake by foot.

Excellent hotel with super friendly staff. The manager Tommy made us feel very welcome by greeting us by name every morning. The hotel's location makes it easy to explore the historic city. The rooms were tidy, quiet, and really comfy. Tommy is always willing to assist us with anything, including sim cards, attractions, and airport transfers. Tommy's help ensured that our trip to Ha Long Bay, Ha Giang was fantastic. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
