Great staff, lovely service and breakfast. Beds were the best I’ve slept in. VERY clean. And very comfortable I would definitely recommend

We arrived very early off the train and were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we went out for the day before checking in. Lovely hotel, great views, lovely people, clean and comfortable. It is a little walk up a hill but you are in the mountains so thats to be expected but it’s quick and easy to walk into the main hub of the town. Would reccomend.

There were lots of things to love here and lots of things that need some attention. The sheets really need some good bleach and the heater in the room needs to be more functional. That being said the staff were very helpful and the place had a certain charm.

The property is clean and quiet. It’s like a home away from home. The owners are really very accommodating, very helpful in everything. They’re like family and the wife cooks really delicious food. The husband is accepting tour for a fee which is so convenient for us. We hope to return maybe next year and stay in the same property.

The owners were really friendly, as the hotel name suggests. The room was clean and had all the basic necessities you would expect. It was within walking distance to Sapa center and they also help arrange transport to Hanoi and cable car tickets to Fansipan.

여긴 싼맛에 가는건 괜찮지만 기대하고 갈 수있는데가 아닙니다 젊은부부가 운영하는데 솔직히 수건이 우리집 걸래보다 못한걸 주네요 너무 춥고 온풍기도 고장이라 고생만 하고 왔네요

매우 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 좀 추웠지만 뜨거운물 잘 나오고, 조용하고 좋습니다. 조식은 맛있고, 커피도 맛있습니다. 세 아이들은 너무 귀엽고 두 마리의 고양이도 얌전합니다. 가족처럼 지내서 너무 좋았습니다. 도미토리 룸은 시설이 아주 깨끗하진 않습니다.그러나 가격대비 매우 좋았습니다~~!!!!

Great stay at SaPa Friendly Inn. Really helpful people that can help you make arrangements to see local sites and arrainge for travel around SaPa and beyond. Breakfast is really good and the location overlooking the town is nice. If you visit SaPa in the winter be sure to bring warm clothing due to the chilly temperatures. Will stay here again on my next trip to SaPa.

ממש לא כמו בתמונות. וממש לא במרכז. מיטה קשה כמו קרש ואף אחד לא מבין אנגלית שם. ניסינו לבטל את ההזמנה ללא הצלחה, לבסוף שילמנו על החדר למרות שלא נישארנו לישון שם בכלל.

매우친절합니다 근데 지하방이면 방바꿔달라고하세요 방도 깨끗합니다!!!
