この宿泊施設の良いところはいくつかありますが、まずサパ中心部に歩いてすぐ行けることです。ほぼ平坦な道なので、歩きやすいです。他には①部屋からの景観の良さ、②見晴らしの良いレストラン併設で便利、③スタッフが常駐しており何でも快く素早く対応してくれた、④部屋の清潔さが挙げられます。 朝食込みでしたが、メニューから2品も好きなものが選べて大満足でした！ 強いて言うならシャワールームにシャンプーなどの置くところがあれば尚よいです。 全体的にはコストパフォーマンスが素晴らしいので強くお勧めします。

The staff are helpful and nice but the property needs more upgrading. Breakfast was not good and did not come back the next day. Not happy with the room, toilet was blocked, amenities were poor standard or lacking. Location was good though.

We booked the room with mountain view and it was worth it you get a great view of the train as it passes by

The area is very convenient and quiet. Easy access to Sun world , walkable to night market , church , and restaurants as well.the staff as well are very friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay at Sapa Yen. The hotel is a great escape from the hustle of bustle of the main tourist area at Sapa station. The staff and their service are excellent. I had the room with the Mountainview overlooking the railroad to Fansipan. I will stay here again and would highly recommend to everyone!

Safe and convenient

Good location, friendly staffs, the service of breakfast needs to be more efficient, however overall this hotel is very good. I definitely come back.

The view of the valley and train is stunning. However, there are construction sites around. And the day we stay, there was a wedding party at the garden, which is really noisy.

Book a room with panoramic mountain view where you can see the Muong Hoa mountain train passing by. The view and service are excellent and deserve 5 stars, everything else is just average.

Très grande chambre lumineuse, environnement très calme tout en étant à quelques minutes à pieds du centre de Sapa. Terrasse et salle de restaurant avec vue panoramique sur les montagnes et la vallée.

Nice view from the hotel

Great location. Away from the city center but close enough, just minutes walk away from shops, restaurants and Sapa Station. Room is very clean with a great view. Very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

I would rate 5 stars if I got the requested electric iron to iron my clothes. But overall is good, I would love to come again here in the future.

I appreciated the ability to check in super late and the hospitality, but my sheets smelled like cigarettes, the only form of heating was an AC unit that didn’t warm the room enough (air was too weak), and the hot water only lasted 10 mins. before having to wait for it to warm up. The staff were friendly and very polite but the condition of the hotel is a bit rundown. Nothing against the staff; the owner should pay more attention to conditions and comfort of the guests.

Away from the bustling streets and amazing service from staff! Will be back if I’m back in Sapa. Convenient location and good food provided as well.

The Sapa Yen si very nice hotel to stay in Sapa area, very nice view, very nice people, very nice food. Over all the stay in hotel is very very much okay and i will rebook again if i will be back in sapa.
