シーサイド ホテル 2

他のホテルを予約していたのに、ホテルの手違いで部屋があいておらず、現地で前日予約しました。オーナーさんが高齢で、インターネット予約そのものをきちんと理解していなかった為、パソコン上で予約確認ができないと言い、チェックアウトの際に預けておいたパスポートをスムーズに返却してもらえませんでした。結果的には、ちゃんと宿泊でき、パスポートも返してくれましたが、日本語はおろか、英語も通じなかったので少々苦労しました。

格安だったので宿泊しましたが、2度と泊まることはないと思います。 部屋は全体的に清掃されておらず、シーツも汚れていました。 フロントの方は優しかったですが、英語が通じません。

Achtung Abzocke! Nachdem wir mitbekamen, dass Reservierungen in Eigenregie storniert wurden( d. das Hotel) wurde uns schon mulmig. Unsere Reservierung mussten wir uns aus einem Stapel Blätter selbst raussuchen. Danach war warten an der Reihe. Nachdem dieses Spiel mit ca. 8 anderen Paaren/ Gruppen usw. betrieben wurde, war ein kleiner Spaziergang zum nächsten Herberge angesagt. Dort hat uns das Hotel eingecheckt und hier sollten wir nun bleiben. Definitiv ein Upgrade jedoch auch das Geld nicht wert. Weitere Infos warum/wieso/weshalb und was passiert gab es während der ca 2 std. gespanntem warten nicht. Fazit: dieses Hotel Bucht Zimmer in anderen Hotels, wir hatten hierbei noch Glück im Unglück, und verkauft diese zu überteuerten Preisen weiter. Da in nha trang leider die Hotelkapazitäten knapp sind und selbst in der nebensaison, kurzfristig nichts zu bekommen ist haben diese betrüger leichtes Spiel. Bitte nicht buchen und damit Betrug nicht unterstützen.

the hotel was not accept the booking online anymore. the location on map was incorrect. the real location is not on the main TranPhu street, you need to ask many people about this hotel because it is not well-known. the hotel is on the end of small street away from TranPhu street about 500m away. This hotel is family business - so it should named as Guesthouse rather than Hotel, and no one speak English. Seaside 1 and Seaside 2 hotel are in one old building.

At the reception the guy was playing his smart phone and kicked us out said "No reservation no room". Even didn't check e-mail or smth. Was really absolutely impolite!!! It was extremely difficult to find this hotel. We were trying to call them but nobody answer. So NEVER book this hotel EVER! better sleep at the beach: will save your time, money and nerves.

After check-in, we had entered the room which smells moisture/mildew ; we could NOT find any water-glass in the bathroom so I went downstair and the old lady was upset about the maid ( who forgot to put in the water glass ) and quickly gave me a mug she found in a pile of glassware ; I did not look at the mug but as I reached my room , my wife was upset & showed me the dark matters at the bottom of the mug. So I went downstair a second time and the old lady , with a cold face , told me to grab another mug sitting on top of a water fountain .... and that mug was probably used the whole day already.... I was so upset about it & politely told the old lady to forget about the water-glass or mug ... THERE WAS NO SENSE OF SERVICE IN THAT OLD LADY. The next day, we checked OUT ( even we had prepaid for 5 days ) It was a bad hotel and the old couple has no sense of service and the facilities are in such bad shape and need upgrades & improvements. Unless drastic improvements are made, it would be a great DISSERVICE to future customers of hotels.com.

You should delete them from your service as they blamed you saying you werent paying for no-shows. They think later than 6pm is a no show and wouldnt give me refund until you pay them. Your support team is looking into it ?

Wir hatten das Hotel vormittags gebucht. Check Inn sollte um 14 Uhr sein. Dort angekommen hielt man uns bis 22 Uhr hin, um uns dann mitzuteilen dass es keine Freien Zimmer gab. Der Inhaber konnte kein Englisch und war total überfordert!

Close to the beach and "russian quarters" in an alley were there were lots of noise du to construction work. Staff helpful but not so good at english.

Beskrivningen på hotels stämmer tyvärr inte överens med verkligheten. Det finns varken takterass eller egen balkong. Rummet vi fick var fullt av myror och kylskåpet mögligt. Vi påtalade att rummet inte hade några handdukar och fick ett par riktigt slitna illaluktande "trasor". Dessutom var sängarna de hårdaste vi någonsin känt. Att ingen kommenterat detta tidigare är otroligt. Sov hellre på stranden. Vi tackade för oss och checkade ut redan efter ett par timmar.
